Best MMA gym there is in the city! Wether you are new to the sports or already skilled. The coaches will make sure you learn at your own pace and will push you on becoming better. Everything from machines, free-weights, boxing ring, octagon, mats this gym truely have it all! Everyone from staff, coaches and the gym members are simply amazing and make you feel accepted from the get go!

Excellent experience. Other students help out a lot. Coaches are very good, easy to talk too and helpfulVery clean. A lot of fun. Very hard workouts. Love it!

My son is a young hockey player and we started training there a few weeks ago. A great mix of strength, flexibility and agility exercises mixed in with mma. A very disciplined and helpful group of older teen students. Coachs offer a nice mix of serious and light hearted approach. Highly recommended.
