Always had amazing service there. Last time was truly jaw dropping however. I used to fix my own phones and I was sure my old iPhone 8 Plus was dead. Screen was smashed and the frame was dented so badly I went there thinking I was gonna need to replace my phone. Ken somehow straightened the frame and changed the screen. It’s like new. I can hardly believe it. Ken is simply awesome.

Amazing!! Ken is the best at his job, what isn’t to like about this place? The prices are good, the work is amazing, the communication is great, he even has fish!! (Sir Swimmington, Blub, Glub, and Bubbles. Thank his niece, for her amazing names) I recommend everyone I meet who’s having phone problems to go see Ken! :D

Awesome customer service. Called and asked about getting the charging port changed on my p30 pro as it was very difficult to get it to stay charging. Instead of just taking my money he cleaned the charging port out for free and it completely fixed my problem, it even super charges again which didn't work for a while. Very honest business I would highly recommend, and will definitely be going back in the future. Thanks again for helping me out.

My MacBook would not start, so the next day, I took it to Ken at IPHIX. He looked at it and my laptop was restarted. He did not want to charge me, but I insisted. I was so happy I gave him my iPhone with a damaged broken screen, and he was able to replace it. Ken is now my go to guy. I'm very happy.

Worst experience. No communication from owner on parts ending up being delayed/backordered OR when they arrive!!!! But he will ensure you prepay the part, he has no problem taking your money! Promises to call you, doesn't. Stories kept changing everytime I called and even in the same conversation, I couldn't keep up. Be wary of going here. He told me it's a rare" phone and no one else would have the screen replacement in town

Went in with a completely dead phone that showed no life. They were able to fix it and replace the parts quite quickly. Forever thankful as I had so many precious memories stored on the phone and was able to have them again and even continue using the phone! Very understand staff and extremely helpful! 100% recommend!
