Lorne Park Pedi n Nails

I've been getting my manicures and pedicures done at Lorne Park Pedi n Nails ever since I moved into the area. Let me tell you - my nails never looked better! Tracy, Julie, Kelly, and all the ladies are always friendly, professional, and they pay great attention to detail. 10/10 recommend!

Although I have always been the person to not publicly write reviews or complain… I felt this needed to be shared.I came into Lorne park pedi n nails as it is close to my house and in the neighbourhood. I have gotten a few sets of nails done here and they have been okay. I figured I would come back to this salon to support local business in lorne park. I came to get my acrylic nails off, and just a simple regular polish nails. When I came to the salon, I waited about 20-30 minutes after my set appointment time to start my “appointment”. The ladies told me that my nails would be too long to use regular polish as it would most likely break off, I agreed to have my nails a little bit shorter, as I like my nails long and opt of shellac polish. The nail tech drilled my acrylics off then used acetone to take the rest off…. I guess it did not work and she drilled the rest of my acrylic nails off (which eventually hurt) she drilled them so thin by the end there was a small hole in one of the nails, and my natural nails looked botched. To add on, she drilled one of my nails so thin, it broke and all of my nails had to be much shorter than I originally asked for. When the polish was about to be applied the nail tech now said my nails were too thin to have shellac on them and applied regular polish, in colours I did not really like, and looked way different then the pastel multi coloured nails I was aiming for. By the time I was about 2 hours into my appointment, with nails I did not like, and nails that are so thin they bend with the slightest touch. I was told that I could leave the salon with wet nails or wait another 45 minutes after my 2 HOUR APPOINTMENT to take off acrylic nails and to apply REGULAR POLISH. Within 1 hour of the appointment 3 of my nails have broken due to how thin they are. If I would have known this would be the outcome I would have taken my acrylics off at home, and done my nails myself. I am at the point of cutting my nails completely short, and starting my 4 month nail growth from the beginning. Although the ladies are nice at the salon, I was very disappointed in outcome of my nails.

Come here frequently and have gotten manicure and pedicures done. I’m always happy when I leave. All the ladies are really friendly, professional and skilled. Always really accommodating with booking and easy to get a hold of Over the phone!

I recently visited Julie for a manicure and pedicure, and I was extremely impressed with the service and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and professional, and the salon was clean and welcoming.I was treated to a relaxing hand and foot massage, and my nails were perfectly shaped and polished to my liking. I have ingrown nails that she did it better than professional places I went to. I was extremely happy with the results and have already made plans to return for future appointments.I highly recommend Julie for anyone looking for high-quality nail care services in a comfortable and enjoyable setting.Thank you Julie :)

Very disappointed in the way they treat a customer. I had a pedicure -my two big toes had thick polish that ended up smudging --a manicure that was quickly done -didn't bother with my cuticles. The worst was a brow wax that left a big space between my eyebrows. Great location-too bad they have a very bad attitude.You have answered by saying you have no record that I was at your Pedi n nails. I was there 3 times the last time I had the smudged nail polish removed and I commented on my eyebrows. I live in the area, so a map is not necessary, also shop at the grocery store in the mall--that is how I located your shop. Again what a way to treat a customer. I must have been somewhere else.

Absolutely love this salon ever - the friendliness of the staff and consistent accommodation makes it such a pleasure to get pampered! Tracy is a perfectionist when it comes to any service (mani/pedi/waxing) she provides and she truly makes you feel special! Thank you Julie (the owner) and team for making every visit such an enjoyable one.

I've been a few times and I never leave feeling pampered. They cut some corners and it feels rushed. No foot/hand massage.
