ARTISTIC NAILS and SPA

I have been going here without any issue for more than 2 years. Today was the first time I got a manicure. Needless to say I was left a bloody mess and it was handled in a completely unsanitary way. Unfortunately, they lost a customer today.

They are very rude. They really don't know their colors well. The owner is always net surfing and taking to the staff in their ethnic language. Making client's uncomfortable. The new management does not make the cut. I really miss Cindy and her attention to detail, as well as her smiling face.

For starters, the place wasn’t welcoming whatsoever. There was no, how are you, how’s your day etc no small talk at all. While getting my service they were speaking over me to one another in their ethnic language. Finally the job done wasn’t, even great. My feet which had shellac on it had two extremely different shapes of nails in contrast to one another. It’s one thing to have bad customer service but it’s another thing for the service itself to be bad. Furthermore, I came back less than a week later to have it removed because it was such a bad job and then met with yet again rude service with no conversation, then was given attitude because my Apple Pay was giving me a hard time. Moral of the story worst nail salon ever.

So pleased with my bio gel nails! Jade was meticulous in her work and listened to what I wanted done! And I find the salon very clean! I'll be back!

Tim did an excellent job on my pedicure. Minh did gel manicure with pink and white color use to my wedding. Everyone is friendly and they have great prices. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Lovely place and people. I had my first manicure in 5 years since moving to Ottawa at this place. I'm very particular and worry about cleanliness but this place was perfect. I love the online booking so you'll never go then have to wait 45 minutes! I like my nails very short and the lady wiped anything off my skin before curing, there are no sharp edges or corners that will catch on clothes and peel off. I'm very happy with my experience overall!!

The place is very welcoming and has a calm atmosphere. My technician did an amazing job doing my Manicure. They have a wide range of nail polish colors to choose from.

Jade was great... Loved my pedicure and dip manicure. Price was extremely reasonable. I will continue ARTISTIC NAILS and SPA to be a customer....wonderful environment...very relaxing.

The staff members are diligent in their work, paying attention to even the smallest details. Wonderful and clean nail salon. The salon is clean and look fresh everytime i come. I visited ARTISTIC NAILS and SPA and loved it! This nail salon has a great selection of gel polish colors that last a long time.

Had bio gel nails done! The gal doing my nails is very detail oriented and did a wonderful job. She took the time to clean up the cuticle area BEFORE doing my nails and that is GOLD! You know you have a good technician when they prep FIRST. So many times I have left other places with less than stellar results because they cut corners. This technician knows how to create a client not just a one time stop. Kudos to her! To the owner, she is a keeper. I hope you encourage all your technicians to show the pride in their work this way!I will be back and recommend to friends.Cheers!
