The laptop stopped working at a critical time. Called them and was able to take it in right away. Failure of HDD was diagnosed quickly. Happy to have a straightforward discussion and talk through options on how to get it fixed as per my specific needs/budget. Fixed quickly (+ also gained a bunch of advice around how to get the best out of my setup.)Glad to have found this place, will definitely be going back for all my computer / electronic needs

I visited the store for help with my Dell laptop which had stopped turning on and Adil was sweet enough to run a diagnosis in front of me when I told him I couldn't leave the laptop with him. He was very honest and told me straight up that it would be cheaper for me to buy a new laptop instead of getting it fixed. And at the end, he didn't even charge any money for the diagnosis! Very amazing and geniune guy!!!

Amazing customer service!!! Very knowledgeable, any questions I had was answered. I had to get my GPU Fixed Adil was able to help me with My GPU Issue, his recommendation of RTX 2080 is very helpful since I don't want to spend too much on GPU. my old GPU MSI 1060TI just give up on me, anyways he was able to install new GPU For me, Also not only fixing my GPU issue he also overclocked My CPU and GPU, my pc is much faster then before, I highly recommend this place above and beyond any place ever gone to..

I had a issue with my WI-FI card in my acer laptop it wont show any Wi-Fi, anyway thetech at repair depo was able to fix it same day great and very fast service.

The place and staff are very nice.They couldn’t fix my computer and recommended that I take it to Canada computer to get it diagnosed. But I still had to pay $40. The guy was really nice and helpful, but having to pay for nothing suckedEdit: I also noticed a lot of the reviews looked fake

Great service and fast diagnostics at a good price. Brought a 4 year old laptop with charging problems in. It was looked at right away and opened up to confirm things inside. A quick battery disconnect and reconnect cleared up the issue for now along with an honest assessment that it may be time for a new battery. Honest and speedy service with a plan to take the next step if necessary. Top notch!

Carelessly damaged my computer. I sent my computer for repair and when I got home I found out the technician broke a chunk of my PCIe slot.I thought this place would be good from the reviews, however that is clearly not the case. Very unprofessional bad service.I built the desktop 5 years ago and nothing was damaged, I even worked on it before sending it in for repairs nothing was damaged. When the technician removed my GPU he broke my PCIe as shown below and I did not receive an apology, or even an admittance they did anything wrong when I brought it up the next day.

Walked in after reading other reviews, seemed to be the closest place to get my laptop fixed locally. I had barely put my machine down in front of Adil at this location and he already knew what was wrong and started working right away. He had it fixed in under 10 minutes and explained what the problem was. Fantastic service, would recommend for sure.

I received great quality service when I went to repair my Dell laptop. I had an issue with ghost clicks on my Dell laptop that bothered me for months and I couldn't even diagnose the issue properly after many searches on google. I took my laptop here based on google reviews and proximity. Adil Syed (the laptop tech ) knew what the issue almost immediately was and solved the problem on the spot. I was amazed....It turned out to be a minor issue, so he decided not to charge me for it!! Unbelievable, because I had called a few other repair stores that gave me a quote of $95 for repairs.Adil's goodwill is very hard to come by these days.Thank you for such a fantastic service. I really can't thank you enough.

I visited based on the Google reviews and I'm glad I did! I had a computer that wouldn't boot and needed a couple of hard drives moved. The prices were excellent and the work was done quickly and well. Then he went beyond my expectations and cleaned up the cables and airflow, identified misconfigured components, and overclocked the CPU. I couldn't be more pleased...excellent work, man!
