Rory and his team were phenomenal! They were professional, knowledgeable and readily explained each step of the process. Each team member assisted with duties outside their contract, such as placing transplanted shrubs and flowers to their new home, to help me keep abreast of the entire project. They arrived timely each, cleaned up and hauled away all debris and were a pleasure to have on site. I would welcome them back for a future job! I am pleased with the results and the look of the resurfaced foundation, as well as the regraded flower bed to prevent water damage. Thank you, Rory, all all the team for a job well done.

I had Ryan B come out and check on some stairs two cracks in our foundation. I’d have a massive quote from a different company wanting to do far more work, but Ryan explained the situation, told me what I needed (and more importantly what I didn’t need)! He was professional and the work done (StablWall installation) was done quickly, cleanly, and well. The install team walked me through the process and made my worries a thing of the past.

I had some of my cinder block foundation scaling (flaking away) and had a few small holes exposed in the foundation. After contacting several companies I chose Gardner because they (Scott) were very prompt to meet with me (next day in fact) and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answered any questions I had in the process. There wasn’t any shady sales tactics and I genuinely felt that their rep Scott had my personal interests and concerns in mind.The crew showed up not only early but all with great attitude and genuine enthusiasm to help us out with our issue. They exceeded my families expectations and went above and beyond in how they conducted their work. The worksite was kept tidy and they cleaned up very well after they were completed. Very easy process from start to finish for a garage foundation repair. Transparent pricing, no upselling, would definitely hire again if needed. Friendly staff from start to finish.

We had Ruben and his crew out to build 2 sidewalks, 2 sets of front steps, a garage apron and partial driveway last week on our duplex. Their work was high quality. They arrived when they said they would. The communication between Rueben and us was excellent. Their price was less than other bids we received. We had 3 different people stop by while the crew was here, comment on their work and now they became customers of Gardner Construction! All of the guys were very nice and it was a pleasure to work with them. I would recommend this company any time!

I found Gardner Construction to be professional, competent, and above all, did a great job. Rory, the Construction Foreman, was outstanding as well as going out of his way to help out with another issue that was unrelated. Also, Ryan who was the Sales person was very helpful in working out a price issue on one of the tasks that were done on the project. I highly recommend Gardner Construction for someone needing Foundation or any other Concrete work.

Very happy we chose Gardner to help us with our flooded basement. We needed a massive amount of drainage tile and 2 sump pumps installed. The team was very responsive to issues and worked incredibly hard to get our basement dry again. Cost was also very fair. Highly recommend!

Roger and his team installed a concrete patio and resurfaced our front steps. They were excellent the entire time, asking good questions to make sure they fully understood what we wanted and keeping us in the loop on their updates and plans. They provided excellent service and a great quality of work. Would hire for any concrete needs.
