Gamble Used Appliances

A month ago I found Gamble online when I was looking for a 24” stack washer/dryer.I called Ken and he offered a good brand 3 years old at a good price.I started checking his reviews. It was a mixed review. The interesting part was that he actually responded with care to all of the reviews. From my own experience that was valuable. He cared for his work. I went to his business place and I met Ken. He has a nice organized work place. He spent a good time going through testing the appliance and he is a gentleman with good engineering back ground. I go back to him for more appliances. Thanks Ken.

Ken offers exceptional service and great quality products with warranty as well. I bought a washer machine 11am and got same day delivery at 3pm. Very efficient service and the machine works great. I highly recommend this used appliance store to any one and I'll definitely come back again if I need any used appliances.

Scam! Please find somewhere else to go. He is VERY rude, and also racist. He yelled at me, and swore at me over the phone. Save your money!

Purchased a $300 used washing machine from Ken. As I needed it urgently, I went to his place on Saturday and he told me a Whirlpool washing machine will be ready by Sunday so I paid the full amount and got the receipt. Due to some unexpected reason, the Whirlpool washer wasn't ready by Sunday. I called Ken and he replied Sunday evening said he can delivery washing machine on Monday after 4:30pm. The washing machine delivered is Kenmore instead of Whirlpool and Ken told me he cannot get the Whirlpool washer working so he revised that info on receipt. So far the machine works fine. Ken is very knowledgeable and patiently explained how to use the machine and thoroughly answered my questions late evening on Monday. He showed me how much he cared about the machine he is selling by keeping it clean before delivery and after installation. I have confidence he will provide good after sale service and I will go back to his store if need another used appliance. As he is a busy man, sometimes need to phone him couple times to get hold of him but that's normal as all men are busy. (Uploaded by Kev.)

We bought few weeks ago, a Whirlpool washer and dryer Tower from Ken. He gave us a business card that describe the machines with 3months warranty. Yesterday we try to use the machine for first time and gave us Error F06 I called Ken he said he cannot do anything about it. I called another company they said that error indicate the motor is not good anymore I will have to pay $400 to change for a new motor. This is a scam
