Awesome service. Ryan and Pete did an awesome job getting me and my fiance into new phones with more data at a lower cost. Super friendly and professional. Answered all questions and thoroughly walked us through all of our concerns. Loving our new phones and service. Definitely recommend going here just to be help by these two gentlemen. Sending more family members their way soon. Great job guys, i'll try to send you guys a pizza one day.

Kayla and her team are incredible! I've had to deal with them a few times to resolve matters originally conducted with Telus reps over the phone and Kayla goes above and beyond to make things right. Can't speak highly enough about her.

We've been satisfied customers for 16 months and....we've been very good customers.Lately my wife's phone # has been receiving double digit calls, all with 651 extensions and when tracked down, they are all out of Thorold, with owners names....EVERY SURNAME of middle east persuasion.Questions are plenty.1- What is their purpose?2- How do they all have this number?3- Is someone on the inside, selling them phone lists.I had this problem but not to this extent before but after attempts to contact Telus and getting the same response from their automated system, I gave up.This time however after going through the experience of hearing, our customer service reps are all busy and your wait time is 1 hour!EVERY time

I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received from Melisa Cote at your corporate store in St Catharines Ontario. She went above and beyond in assisting us in getting our new phones. She was helpful in transferring our data to our new phones and answered all our questions that we asked

Went to get a cell phone. Was told I'd get a certain amount of data at a certain price they didn't have the phone I wanted so I got them to order it. I go back to get my phone. They told me that the plan was a promotion. So they gave me less data. I tried to argue they said they could do nothing for me. I called koodoo they helped me with no problem. Peter was useless and offered me no help. Would never recommend going in store just order online. Terrible salesman terrible customer service.

The staff here are amazing. I recently had to exchange my phone due to technical issues and Kelden (not sure if the spelling is right) and his supervisor went above and beyond to help me get the best deal. Go to this location if you are with Telus, you will get the best customer service.

Kayla and Ryan are absolutely awesome! They’re doing a great job under the circumstances. Please be patient with this store, they’re obeying social distancing by only allowing 2 customers at a time which can be frustrating. Plan to wait and you won’t be disappointed.
