I was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment and from the moment I contacted the office I was provided with excellent customer service. My virtual appointment was booked promptly and any changes that I needed were delt with in a timely manner.Once I viewed the apartment, application process was seamless and straightforward. The leasing agent answered all my questions and was very kind.I am extremely happy with apartment, the building, and the team behind CLv group. I just want to extend a big thank you for all your great work!

Never ever rent from CLV. Not only do they not care at all about any issues that you bring forward, but they are also in the game of gaslighting you when you bring them recurrent issues (that are not dealt with). When is comes to feeling SAFE in your home, CLV does not care at all if you feel unsafe. With over 6 months over reporting repeatedly the best they can do is…. Not even bother to respond. What a joke.

This review is regarding the staff , we are now with CLV . I would like to say that i'm so happy that we still have our Property Manager Jennifer she stayed on we also kept our superinted they are assum. This couple never stop their alway's on site and they alway's take care of their tenants,we know that we can count on them.For the big issues then we can count on Jennifer,she cares about her tenants,not like other agencies.I've been on Selkirk for 11 years,and i've seen the changes that these people have made. Employer tres serviable. Good work i hope that the owner's will see my review and let them know.

Autumn was really helpful throughout the whole process. We're new arrivals to the city, and our communication with her began before that. She was always responsive and went out of her way to help us in our particular situation. Even though we weren't able to rent a place before getting here (we didn't get our work permits until we landed in the country), Autumn met us a couple of days after and was incredibly helpful in us finding a place that we liked and now currently live in. She made all kinds of efforts to speed up the process to meet our needs, was very open and transparent in her communication. She's just really good at her job.

CLV Group(St. Catharines)is the worst management company I have ever met!When I moved in at the appointed time, the unit wasn't ready at all. The room was very dirty!There were no indoor laundry facilities or blinders as promised, and there was a big hole in the kitchen wall! Worst of all, no heat in the winter for a week! My child and I could not sleep at night because of the cold, both caught a bad cold!After I gave review on Google Maps, they played dumb.Instead of honestly admitting the fault, they blamed me. They denied knowledge of the matter and blame me for not informing them in time, even implied I lied! How can they sleep at night lying like that? I tried to upload more evidence but somehow only some showed up. But I have shown enough evidence to them, yet they still lied with innocent face!

CLV was such a refreshing change to last companies renting to us. Since moving here (Hanover Rd) my stove was filthy. I brought it to the maintenance team and the very next day I received a sparkling clean stove. Bravo! Keep up the amazing work. Being disabled is a daily battle and CLV showed me they care. I just pray that it lasts.

My my. I am from Vaughan, ontario. Just move to Ottawa and must I say I have not regretted the building I moved into. The property manager Jennifer the supers Karen and the husband is so wonderful so accommodating and they do the best to see that you are comfortable. I want to thank them for making me feel right at home. You call and they answer send them an email they reply back. And will assist the best they can I so appreciate them and their services. I have lived at Elmridge Gardens for 54 years and I have to say that CLV is very good at getting things done. Our property manager, Marc is kind, quick to respond and very helpful. We use a resident portal for maintenance issues and they are quick to respond, respectful when they come into the home and very friendly. I am proud to say I live here and that CLV is my management company. Keep up the great work!

CLV group and Anna were really amazing and courteous, they made us feel welcomed from the very first time we spoke to them and gave us the security we needed that we had found the right place to live at. Any time we had a question they were ready to answer and help us right away. My family and I are forever grateful that they made this experience a positive one for us.
