Good food, good value. Friendly staff. I live out of town so I only go there every 2 or 3 months. I've noticed the last two times there that a manager or supervisor scolds and yells at staff in front of guests. I get that he may be perfect but give these kids a break they are trying. If they are doing something wrong either pull them aside or wait until later. NOT COOL.

Very clean, and the food was amazing! The hot dogs and burgers taste delicious, and the staff are very friendly.

I came to this location the old guy doing the fryer yelled at the nice color lady making the burgers she was crying and making my burgers at the same time he should learn how to talk to people no matter your race or gender this was by far the worst experience i ever had hope this guy loses his job

Just had a negative experience here. Burger wasn’t prepared correctly with the condiments I asked but I only realized after I had taken a bite. I went back through the drive thru and explained my situation to which I was given a small container of the missing sauce. I asked if they could just remake my burger as I ordered and I was told “we don’t do that here.” I get that it’s not the end of the world but I did pay to have it made a certain way. The whole situation bummed me out and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Just the worst experience Harvey's. Way to ruin a meal. We ordered online for pickup through drive through. What a mistake. We spent 30 minutes stuck there. We got to the window finally and our food was just sitting there. Asked if the food is cold already and they said it should be warm still. No. It was cold as can be. The worst burger with soggy bread and cold meat. The worst fries and poutine too. All cold. On top of all this they didn't give us our kids meal toy. And they didn't give us our sauce for the chicken strips. And worse they didn't give us the 4 pies we paid for. We tried calling and they didn't bother answering. Thanks for absolutely nothing Harvey's. If I could give you 0 stars I would.

Just got home from the drive thru ordered a number 2 with large Pepsi and poutine got home got onion rings and a cheeseburger definitely not the 18 dollar meal I was charged for. June 12 2023 12:30 pm

I went here this evening, I parked up front and there were a lot of parking spots. I walked inside to greet the cashier. He was friendly and patient when I ordered my hotdog meal combo. I wanted to use my scene card. He asked me if I wanted to use up my rewards? I said yes and I got my meal for a great price. I didn’t wait very long for my meal. I had a great experience!
