Hertz Car Rental - Woodhaven - Allen HLE

Horrible, Horrible experience. Will never rent a car from here again. I prepaid for a vehicle and on day of pickup I was informed I needed to pay another 200 dollars as a deposit. When I made the reservation online and prepaid for the rental nowhere did it inform me of an additional 200 dollar fee. So I tried to get a refund so I could rent from another company but was informed that they don't handle refunds in the store and I had to call a customer service number. Called the number and then they tell me it will take 10 business days before I received a refund. So I end up being stuck, as I didn't have anymore money to waste before trying to go on my trip. Took me over an hour just to get out of there with the rental. I came back and returned the car 2 days early and was told there wouldn't be any refund of my rate because I prepaid for the days....needless to say never again

Great service and prices. Very accommodating. After enterprise originally said they had a vehicle for me on two separate occasions, they turned around and told me they didn't after I had sent all my insurance information there. Hertz by far made up for enterprises downfalls and I will now be using Hertz hands down. The only thing that would make it better is that it is a busy location and only one person running the rentals so it can take some time to get in and out. He does do a good job at trying to be quick though.

Well I was supposed to get a $80 car so I let him talk me into the nice truck And then I brought the truck back 3 hours and I got charged a 60% charge for 3 hours they charge me an entire 24 hours for 3 hours So That's bad news And that was just the first Time using them . Full tank they said 1/8 gone magic

Nicole was fantastic! My husband and I purchased a 2021 Chevy Tahoe from her and she was amazing during the whole process. She had great communication and was so personable. Such an easy car buying service. Not to mention I’m obsessed with my car. And Nicole even cleaned it for me before I go there so I was driving in a crystal clean car!

I reserved a vehicle for 11am to get to my 3 hr destination by 4pm, this ridiculous company called me at 10:15 to inform they didn't have a car. I am now missing my important function. Don't bother calling me when I have enough time for a contingency plan! DO NOT USE THIS WOODHAVEN LOCATION, read the reviews they are accurate. Should not be in business, enjoy bankruptcy!

I had great and fast service, the manager there. David took very good care of me. I will definitely use this location again!

Best customer service hands down. Sal and his team assisted me with top-notch service from the time I picked up my rental until its return. Their process was quick & seamless. They even made sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. ( I have rented numerous cars/trucks from various locations and have had terrible wait times, not giving the car class I had reserved & even had to leave and come back at a later time because the location [NOT Woodhaven] didn’t have any vehicles. Sprinkled with attitude) I had an accident during my Woodhaven rental and still they made me feel very comfortable, They explained in detail what to expect and walked me through the entire process and assured me everything would be fine, as I had anxiety when I returned the truck. Because I didn’t know what to expect!I recommend Woodhaven Hertz!Thanks Hertz team @ Woodhaven

Took a Uber all the way here for David the manager to say they don’t have any cars available for which I had a reservation booked
