Disgusting how are they still in business is what i do not understand. Terrible Quality of food as in the chicken is either 2 days old or overcooked. If u order from uber items are always missing fries or ur soft drink etc… terrible just terrible if i could give this below 0 I wouldn’t hesitate.

Stay the hell away! Terrible and sloooowwww drive thru service. First time it was 20 minutes. Second time I was stuck between 2 cars for 45 minutes ( there was only one car in front of me). Had to ask car in front of me to move so I can leave and he did. When I passed by the window, saw 4 workers standing there, not doing much. I tried calling while I was stuck there, no one picked up even when there were 4 workers inside. Never ever going back there

made a google account just so i can leave a review to let everyone know how unbareable this food is. it taste old, hurts your stomach it's absolutely inedible taste disgusting they shouldn't be allowed to sell this food i don't know how they get away with it

What a shame! We were exited to try KFC after a while and here is a picture of what we found out when we opened the box. So here is the full story. We ordered and everything was normal. During this time we noticed another customer was returning her food because she found a hair in her food. She supposedly ate 3 pieces of her 14 piece bucket and demanded a refund. After a bit we get home to find the bucket filled with chicken like this. I don’t know about you but It doesn’t look much appetizing at all. It looks like it’s been eaten already. Either way, it’s doesn’t look good. So we go back and customer service isn’t better whatsoever. First, they give excuses about how they can’t give refunds since we went outside of the store (we didn’t want to eat after seeing this so we wanted a refund). Then they say that WE WERE SUPPOSED TO INSPECT the food before we left. Keep in mind we took take-out. So every time, we order we’re supposed to check in detail every piece of chicken to see if It has been eaten or has mold or whatever. It doesn’t make much sense. They should provide a better service. Second, they tried to avoid giving us a refund by telling us no one knew how to do a refund which is bs. Then , it took of back and forth to finally get a refund for the chicken since they tried blaming us for the chicken being like that. Anyways, I didn’t ever write a negative review before but this is different. I mean how would you feel if you food came like that and you saw the customer return their food before. Who knows what they do that we don’t know. What a waste of time and money!

The food is horrible. The burgers are alright, but even the lettuce is depressing. I think the only decent product they have is the poutine popcorn, if you are lucky with a good gravy sauce on that day

I took my kids there. Ordered 2 kids pop corn chicken combos for kids. Got no beverage with it, cashier tells me she can give me tap water only.. I ordered 1 famous sandwich and a combo for my wife. .. bill was $50.00....What a scrap restaurant, my kids were so thirsty I had to ask for bottled water which they charged me $8 for 2 bottles!!!!

chicken was very good fries could have been little more cooked. Drive threw service quick All in all worth the money & it's on new years day I went.

KFC is a big disappointment now the frying is dry dark and chicken don’t even have batters, customer service was good. Food is not worth it. Will not go anymore. It’s a shame. Costs me over 65$ for this nonsense. Chicken is not crispy. Just dry and soggy .
