Amazing Team! Can't say enough good things about this business. From the Owner to the Employee, they all collaborate together to make the jobs happen seamlessly. I've had hardwood and tile and glass done by this business and it's always been perfect. I think John has nailed it with Adam and Robin. Personally just experienced a hardwood install with Mark, Matt, and Tiago all absolutely professional and talented individuals!! Amazing cuts and detail to finishing. Well worth the money. I wouldn't go with anyone else. Collingwood is lucky to have the Flooring Place in town and lead the way for any install you need!

The Flooring Place team was awesome, right from showroom, to estimating, to installation. They have quality products to choose from. The team is professional and makes you feel like they want your business and you are important to them. Communication around the estimating stage was prompt and excellent. The installation team were very professional, hard working, reliable, careful, and thorough. The workmanship was excellent. My reno involved removing and reinstalling 111 spindles on my stairway and a lot of precise workmanship. This is a friendly company to deal with and their prices are very competitive.

Great all around experience. New hardwood, tiles and in-floor heating look amazing. Super friendly and helpful staff too. Ask for Alicia :)

I went to this store two times to pick a backsplash tile and when I made a decision on the tile my 2nd trip in I opted for the more expensive tile. I was always clear I wanted 1 colour and the debate had always been what shade I liked. When we picked up the boxes when the order came in we took them home and our tiler installed while we worked. When we came home we saw every shade of grey from dark to light and everything in between. I called the store and spoke to Angela again and she asked I send pictures. I did and later that day I got an email saying I should have inspected each box and that they are not responsible and all sales final. How is it that the store isn’t responsible for inspecting the product they ordered and sold? Don’t do business with this store. They didn’t even bother to see what we could work out. Now this is on my wall.

The flooring place has been such a help. From quickly inviting me to the showroom. To taking home samples. To proving an estimate (which was more then my final bill - a nice change to be charged less!). To booking installation. To installation. They are friendly. Accommodating. Respond quickly. The installers were so helpful. Moving furniture and ensuring everything is just right. I love my floors. What a huge difference ! I’m so happy! Thank you very much.

I finished both a bedroom and a bathroom downstairs and hired on The Flooring place and The Glass Place for the carpet, bathroom flooring, shower tile and glass. The two had competitive pricing but beyond that the service from start to finish was outstanding. The team of professionals they sent in were excellent and prompt. They took the time to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend both and will ONLY use them for any work in the future....thanks everyone at The Flooring Place and the Glass Place!!

We used the Flooring Place for new floors throughout our Collingwood home - engineered hardwood, carpeting in a bedroom and on the stairs and vinyl throughout the basement. And we would highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for new flooring. They were extremely helpful with our selections, very punctual and professional on the installation and their prices were very fair.

We started a total main level reno including kitchen and powder room.Everything was gutted and replaced.We worked with Alicia & team to do do our backsplash & powder room tile floor.We looked at a few other stores but couldn’t find anything we liked.Alicia helped us immensely and within 15 minutes we selected exactly what we needed. Totally painless process & appreciated her product & design expertise.Their installation team also did an excellent job. They showed up on time, suggested the best tile layout/design, worked quickly with no mess and ultimately delivered something we truly love!!!Through the entire process Alicia followed up to see how things were going and if there was anything else we needed help with or needed fixed.
