We did our research prior to selecting ACM Doors and Windows for our new exterior doors. Andy was by far the most experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly person to deal with. He knew immediately that our home’s front door frame was scaled down and that a larger door could be installed based on an iPhone picture.Not only did he come in with the best quote, his recommendations helped us make our final decision. He set realistic timelines for installation and exceeded it by one month. He was extremely punctual, efficient in his work and the final product was amazing. We would highly recommend Andy and ACM Doors and Windows.

Original owner is gone and now they are the worst company I have ever delt with. My parents had all their windows done by them while original owner was there. Five star work for sure.Now they don’t even deserve 1 star.After leaving multiple messages it took weeks before they would return my call.When the person showed up to do an estimate, he basically insulted my home and told me I should change the colours of the outside.I had to contact them after I ordered my windows to finally get a date for installationI was having two basement windows, replaced outer frame, and all they were identical, small basement windows, and the gentleman measured wrong so only one was put in.When they left, they took the screens I wanted fixed, and then never contacted me againWeeks went by I finally got a hold of them and not only did he not order a new window. He charged me more than the quote because he needed to recover his costs. I had to pay because they still had my screens and they hadn’t put in the front door I ordered yet.Finally, they came to finish my basement window and put in my front door. The gentleman putting in my front door was the same person who had made the quote and measurements. It took all day and they left before I could check their work. I was home the whole time and they just disappeared. leaving the inside of my new door frame misaligned unfinished terrible cutting and measuring job JUST TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!I strongly suggest that nobody uses them. You will be extremely disappointed, and your money will be wasted!!!

Had a problem with french doors and water leaks every time it rained hard. Andy came in and showed us clearly what the problems were, how he will address them, the process, cost, and timelines. Andy delivered on all of them. The new Install solved all our problems, the job was so good, we can't even tell it has been changed. It was a tough job because the size of the opening was not standard, also we have custom moulding around that we wanted to maintain. Andy was able to get us the right install and keep our moulding intact. He gave us an accurate and very reasonable cost estimate and timeline. He met the timeline, the install was done within a day, the place was very well cleaned after install. I would recommend anyone who is looking to convert from a french doors to patio door. Andy's knowledge and experience in this business is second to none, and his professionalism is evident from when you first meet him. He gives detailed quotes, and tells you what to expect when the product is installed. Our first project with Andy was a new sliding door installation in our kitchen and a bedroom window replaced in the fall of 2019. We were so impressed with Andy's work, we just had a new front door installed this week, and we have him coming to install a storm door when it arrives to him. We are also planning to have replacement front windows installed in the spring by Andy. I would not hesitate to recommend ACM Doors & Windows to anyone.

We used this company years ago and loved the owner. I’m seeing now through the reviews that he passed away. Since then we have had an issue with our windows and need them replaced through the warranty. I spoke to the owner initially and told me he could help me if I texted him the serial # of the windows. I never heard back. Since then we’ve called 3 more times over a span of a few months. No one answers the phone or returns your calls. We are going to be forced to deal with the manufacturer. Very disappointing!

When meeting with Andy at his office, he answered all of our questions and provided us with options and choices that would fit the needs of our family as well as our budget. When Andy agreed to work around our family's busy schedule and came by personally on a Saturday morning to take measurements for our front door and upstairs windows, we knew had made best choice. My experience with this company began with a simple phone call, little did I know, this was the beginning of an epic journey. It was 3pm on Tuesday afternoon, I decided to call this company because a friend's recommendation, she spoke very highly of their customer service as well as quality values. The man who answered the phone was delightful, very knowledgeable, and was able to schedule me in for a Quote within a couple days. A young man named James came to my house to take measurements of the windows I wanted replaced (bathroom and kitchen). He was impressively punctual, very polite, and surprisingly quick taking all the measurements, answering my questions, and sending me a typed up Quote by the end of the day. The receptionist was very accommodating when it came to booking my install because I wanted to be home while it was taking place. The men who showed up to do the installation made sure to inform me of their process and took measures to decrease the mess they make like putting down drop sheets. The install took only 2 days (would have been less but when it gets dark installing windows isn't the safest), and I was very pleased with the attention to detail in their finishing work. I would definitely recommend using ACM Windows and Doors if you would like to spice up your home at a reasonable price, they have a great team of employees who can surely help!
