Echelon Insurance

HORRIBLE insurance company! Their communication between one another is so unprofessional! Had someone hit my truck and took them 3 weeks to get back to me. Then transmission went and had 3 people tell me I'm 100% covered for rental up to $1500. Then USHA JAINARAIN wrote me an email saying I'm not and everything would be at my expense even thought THEY BOOKED IT FOR ME! Told them I'm at work on the phone everyday from 7:30-5:30am and to please email me. Then they finally did at the end of the day saying I'm not covered and of course out of office" now. I'm finding a new insurance. STAY CLEAR"

DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THEM!!! This is almost a scam, the company is unreachable if you have a claim with them. Your calls will not be returned, they will put you on hold and drop the line or transfer you to some manager's voicemail after waiting on the line.I you have a claim with them they will take 2 weeks to even contact the repair shop (on a basic claim with video footage) and their repair shop will take weeks to generate an estimate and wait for approval. The recommended shop can't even order parts 2 months from the date of the accident! Expect your car to be repaired in 3 months.You will loose your time trying to reach them. They will not help you in any way, horrific company, stay away at all costs!!!

Worst.Company.Ever. Was rear ended in accident, 0% at fault, stil lwaiting for repair to be done after 5 months. Beware. No one ever answers calls or emails. No tickets or claims after 45 years of driving.

I can’t lie I am very pleased with echelon especially my adjuster ETHAN in claims !!!! I will edit this review with his last intial when I find it so echelon can give him recognition . He dealt with my stuff so fast and very professionally. I sadly totalled my car in march due to black ice on the highway when exiting and he was so fast with his responses on getting my rental and help letting me stay in the know. I unfortunately was not able to fix my car which devastated me and he treated me with such compassion and kindness.

Echelon had decent pricing for our travel trailer, had our policy with them for close to four years. We decided to get out of the RV world and sold our travel trailer only to find out would cost us 4 months premium to cancel our policy! Not cool!

If anyone is thinking about going with echelon insurance, don’t do it!!!!!! You try and do a claim and they make you chase them and they try to get out of the claim in anyway that they can. They have been taking money out of my account for a car that I do not have for three months and when I finally cancelled my policy, they still are taking money. I don’t know how they are even allowed to be doing this. Run away at all costs.

Scam scam scam!!!! This company is totally a scam!!! Will direct you towards number of extensions which will no way helps you. I cancelled my insurance months ago and still they are deducting my money from my card and after going through reviews I felt sorry for all those victims who had gone through this. I am writing a review and contacting others to get together and sue these types of fraudulents behaviour. I have to call numbers of lines to report these scammers now.

Unfortunately, I was injured by a truck of this company. It has been 20 days since the incident and I have not been able to find the contact information of the company that can claim for compensation. When I called the head office, they said that there is no such information. I want to say that I just want to tell you about the accident. You're going to help me open a claim case. The phone is always playing music, no one listens to the phone, very poor company, I'm going to complain!

Motorcycle was stolen and i called, emailed and left multiple messages to cancel my insurance as I no longer had the bike. I also had no theft as the premium would have been more than the bike cost to buy per year. Here we are year and a half later and I've still not had my policy canceled even after they confirmed the cancelation by phone and email. I finally get someone on the phone, now a year later to ask what is going on and why I still have payments coming out for a vehicle I've not had for a year and a half and they say sorry it's canceled now and only reimburse me with $130 bucks when I've paid increased premiums for over a year now for a vehicle I didn't have and they knew about it. Good luck folks if you consider using these guys! Your better off driving without insurance all together.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this insurance company. Dealing with these guys has been an absolute nightmare. Unprofessional, and extremely unreliable. I've left over 20 missed calls and 5 voicemails to my claims advisor over the span of a month. She contacted me 4 months later and had the audacity to say that shes been unable to get a hold of me. I did not receive any missed calls, voicemails, or even emails. Horrific company. 0/5
