Got told that each of us will have to pay a 99 dollars to have a travel Agent to book our travel. Holly Hanna this is just not right. I can go online an book. There is 7 of us going, so that is 700.00 That is outrages. You also just can not walk in, told that you have to phone in, the only number for Edmonton west is a toll free number that never gets answered. Fix it, and please post your local location number not a general toll free.

Slow line ups for registry service, but it was busy, so understandable. The worst part was the wait to see an insurance agent. I wanted to do a simple address change and sat for 45 minutes while after 20 mins, not a single agent was with a client. I was just ignored.

We went to AMA to change our address on our driver's licenses. We like AMA for registration services since it's quick and very helpful to members. Not disappointed, great service.

Great staff, they clean after each client. Helpful as well. Big plus there's so much things you can deal with in one spot. I recommend AMA to anyone looking into all of you're vehicle needs. If you're a member there's some pretty sweet deals too, on food, maintenance, vacations, etc...

We met with Tami Lingrell, Travel Counsellor, Sherwood Park AMA, a few days ago regarding a number of HA cruises. Tami is so knowledgeable and helpful - her enthusiasm for cruise adventures matches ours! Tami’s understanding of the cruise sector and her sleuthing for connecting cruises is amazing! Tami knows the 2022 HA deals/perks now and has her finger on the cruise pulse for 2023! We very much appreciate Tami “navigating” the logistics on our behalf. Tami has the expertise - We know the cruise packages will be wonderful!

I've been shopping around for a cruise and talked to a few other travel agents and got quotes from them (for free) before talking to an AMA agent. They wanted to charge me $99 (non-refundable) to just get a quote! I was shocked that I already pay for a membership and that doesn't even included getting a travel quote! Definitely not happy they want MORE money so I won't be booking through them. Also, another travel agent found me a 10 day cruise in my budget and the AMA person let it slip that she didn't think I could get a cruise longer than 7 days with my budget... not sure why I bother with this membership anymore.
