If I could leave minus 5 star I would have done it, the girl (I wish I knew her name) she tried so hard to rip me off while I was trading my phone she tried any tricks that she could so I walked a way and thankfully another freedom location bought the phone 3 times more what she was offering!! Being a sale person doesn’t mean you have to rip off people!!!

On the same day, Metrotown had declined my return of a phone and told me to return it via mail. After clarification with Freedom CSR on the phone, I was told that I was actually able to return it through the store and she sounded confused to why Metrotown had declined.I decided to just go to the Brentwood location, and without explaining the previous hassle I had to go through, Won and his other co-worker helped me right off the bat. They were so nice and personable, and quick! I really enjoyed my experience with them. They turned a headache to a seemless process. Thank you!!

John is an exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful associate. Had a phenomenal experience dealing with him today - he was able to quickly find a solution to a rather convoluted but necessary thing I was trying to do with my 2-line account. All phone support agents were claiming it's impossible, while John offered a solution and it worked wonders! Thank you again, I think Freedom is lucky to have him and needs more people like John!

I spoke to someone I assume was training a new employee. They asked for government issued picture ID and I provided my BC services card (which I've used in the past with Freedom.) but they denied me service though I told them I used this same ID in the past with no problem. They suggested bringing in a passport? Obviously frustrated and confused, I had to go to another Freedom location to get the help I needed. They gave me no problem at the other Freedom location and I had a working phone in minutes.

The lady at the kiosk attempted to help me, so she’s cool, but she was utterly unable to do so because this is a garbage company. They mailed me a SIM card that I’m supposed to activate through their online support team. The online support team doesn’t seem to exist, after hours spent trying to get in touch with them. Do not, under any circumstances, get involved with freedom mobile. Could not be worse.

Just want to give a shout out to Won and Nick for a great experience they gave. They were both very polite and professional, helped me all the way until closing and not once did they look unhappy due to closing. These two actually care for their customer not like most other cellphone provider that don’t care.Thanks again for a great experience would totally recommend my friends and family to this location cheers!

I was waiting for 45 minutes at the kiosk of freedom mobile. However there were 2 ladies came as friend for a guy who work at the kiosk. He took those ladies first while they were 5 people that have been waiting on the line. Really unprofessional to the customers.Need an improvement for the customer service training.

The cell service is fine, but don't believe anything they say here or on the phone with Freedom Customer Service.Fact is, there is no customer service after they take your money. If they make a promise, it will not be kept and you will be left with the problem and the bill associated with it. They won't show any compassion or willingness to help, and everyone will simply pass the buck, or tell you that they can't help you and it's your problem.0 accountability.

These guys are pretty laid back yet very professional. I recently did 3 new lines with them and was happy with their service. Their after service and support is excellent. I needed a new SIM card for a temporary phone while my iPhone was being replaced and the guy made one for me free of charge. This kiosk is now my go-to location. I guess the Mgr is Won and the other guy is Nick, both great people. Keep it up!

I had a really positive experience at this Freedom Mobile with Monica M who helped me with getting a new phone on Xmas eve. She was very kind, and knowledgeable and took extra care with applying a screen cover as well as making sure I got a good deal on my plan. Thank you so much for your kindness!
