Was in there yesterday with a broken snowboard binding and received some of the best customer service i can remember in recent memory. I don’t live in the Courtenay area but i definitely plan on coming back to support this business with any future needs. Great selection and great staff! Come check these guys out!

Highly recommended - all of the staff were super friendly, happy, and eager to help. Logan went above and beyond to make sure I was purchasing the best board to meet all my wants and needs. By far some of the best customer service I've ever received, and after 10+ years of using the same gear I was pretty intimidated by all the new features and technology, but he was super knowledgeable and able to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. I have also had major foot pain from my boots when riding and Logan took the time to narrow down on the cause and help me test a few boots to get the right fit. After a lot of indecision on my part (and patience on Logan's!) I purchased a board, boots and bindings, got a full boot fitting, heat mold, and my bindings mounted. Beyond grateful and can't wait to get back out on the hill!

Jade was so helpful - walked in with the wrong size boots and he gave me so much advice and help. Walked out with new boots, custom fit and widened for me. He went above and beyond to adjust my ski bindings to fit the boots, switch out the type of binding so it would fit and get me all set. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing staff and great selection of all things snow.Staff fitted my wife and I into new classic cross country skis and boots that work amazing.The staff are very busy helping many different people all at once since the shop was very busy the day we were there. My 12 year old boots have been a pain (I was thinking, time for new boots). Stopped by to discuss it with Cam and he recommended molded footbeds. The outcome, fantastic! My feet feel better, and I can't believe the improved on snow performace

Ski Tak Hut has done it again! Amazing service, helpful staff and support their customers.Jade put me on a pair of Volkl Mantras that do everything asked of them. I have never skied on skis with such a high perfomance level! Carve, cut, float on packed, crud, ice and powder. Everything!!!The season has had a challenging beginning and I am looking forward to figuring out what these skis won't do or what I can't make them do.Bravo Jade!!
