Great school. Both of my kids are very happy there since JK and now Gr.7. At some point school becomes a family for children and their parents, there everybody knows each other and care. Teachers are very deficated and treat every child with care and patient and manage to find best way to influence each of them differently. Very happy with academic results!

Great school. I was a former student and loved my learning experience. The teachers are attentive and caring. It was a great preparation for high school, with all the projects and homework assignments we had to complete.

My 2 daughters are students of this school in grade 7 and SK and they absolutely love school and their teachers. My husband as well attended it . This is first Eastern Rite school in Toronto established more than 55 years ago by Bishop Filevich. Classes are small so teachers can pay attention to each student on a regular basis. Lots of homework, oral presentation and interesting projects gives children excellent level of education and preparation for High School . It shows in great marks on EQAO and other provincial tests.Every year number of students gets admitted to Gifted Program.Ukrainian history ,traditions and religious values are big part of educational process. Every Easter and Christmas holidays students and teachers have Holy LIturgy and Spilne Sviachene (lunch) in a Church hall prepared and served by volonteeres from Parish Women Catholic League. Every May grade 2 students have their First Holy Communion. And most important- children create memories and friendship that last lifetime.

I like this school. This is a small school where everyone knows each other. There are no mixing classes every year and it is great. Principal and teachers keep Ukrainian traditions and Ukrainian language. Every year on Christmas time they have the concert with Vertep - it is the great performance for the whole school.

Worst school ever. My brother comes home crying everyday, the teachers there are all brutal 50 year olds from the Soviet Union days who think corpal punishment is okay. Don’t get me started on miss van vugt, as a former student myself I can say I am in university now and i still think about how emotionally abusive she was as well as completely inhumane, i always think about bringing on a lawsuit upon them because their practises in any way can’t be legal. The new location is completely disgusting, it’s in a basement with inhumane temperature coinditions and as well the aroma stinks of the horrendous plumbing. If you love your children, don’t send them here, if you want to preserve your Ukrainian heritage send them to st.demetrius this school is horrendous is run by complete Soviet comrades and abusive teachers. Deserves to be unfounded.

Our child loves and going to St. Josaphats school. Small class sizes allow for teachers to give plenty of individual attention. The teachers are caring, progressive and communicate well with parents.

One of my children went to this school and had a great experience, as well as, good preparation for high school. My younger child is curently attending this school and also really enjoys friendly environment of this school. The school is great at keeping Ukranian traditions and makes it knowledgeable and entertaining for the students.

I remember when this school was St. Teresa Catholic school. We had an amazing choir of possibly 60 kids, taught by Mr. Kelly. We used to sing at Sherway Gardens every spring (maybe more times) and even made an LP record for Christmas. The children’s church choir was tops too! Mrs. Lipinski directed Shakespeare’s Comedy of Errors as well as the Christmas play and concert performances, and in the winter the “Talent Show” where my sister tapped dance “He’s so Shy” by the Pointer Sisters. It wasn’t an Arts School but looking back it sure felt like it! I had a great experience at this little holy school where the teachers were truly moved by the spirit of the Faith to instruct and teach God’s kids the beauty of music and art, and in incorporating it into their lives in the Faith.

My children are lucky to be at a school with small class sizes, lots of room to grow. They are learning a heritage language and all about their culture. They are also taught that they are a part of a school that encourages them to grow accademically, physically and spiritually.
