TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
This location was definitely one of the slowest locations I have been to. The staff were unapologetic, extremely slow and very disorganized for banking staff. I waited line to make a deposit for upwards of 15 minutes, with only two people in front of me. Many of the staff members we’re watching from the sidelines as one teller dealt with the customers.I would’ve given this place one star, had it not been in such a convenient location and then renovated recently.Experiences like this have been happening too often to me recently from TD Bank. No wonder their marketshare is going down in Canada.

I personally find it unacceptable that the ATM is not accessible after 6pm. Given the very limited number of TD ATMs available in the area, I find I am often forced to go to the Scotia Bank or someone else who will charge $3/4 to withdraw. Seriously considering changing banks since moving to Montreal from BC where I have found the TD service is better.

This bank is in desperate need of security. All hours of day, vagrants and drug addicts are guaranteed to be found in the vestibule where the 24/7 ATM can be found. They litter, smoke cigarettes, and make using this ATM very unpleasant. Just make the doors secured so that between certain hours, you can only get in by swiping your debit/bank card. Each time I went in, I was greeted with people sitting on the floor smoking cigarettes and one time someone was shooting up heroin. Avoid this place.

I had a really great service last Friday afternoon, even if the branch was extremely busy with very few employees to take care of everyone. I had to deal with a situation that was very stressful, and the person who helped me at the counter was very helpful, empathetic of my situation and patient, despite the branch being super busy and me being extra stressed.I don't remember his name but thank you!

Very Terrible experience, the staff is not professional, I went more than 5 times to the branch to do a procedure and I have not had a solution until now.

I’m sure the people who work are very professional and kind but it’s an absolute shame that this branch is always understaffed and you have to wait 20 minutes to an hour in order to meet someone and make a transaction that would take just 5 minutes or less. TD, please do better!

The only downside is due to the fact there was a lot of robbing on Ste Catherine st, they close the ATM Early... Atm should be 24/7

I went to speak about loan options. I was told they don’t even do that at this branch and I must have a telephone appointment to speak about loans. A week later I get the call. First thing he said the me was if I don’t pay to have an account there is no way he will even speak about a loan. Lol branch refers you to telephone banking and they refer you to the branch. No thanks TD. I always thought interest from loans were the main source of income for the bank. I guess they don’t want my money.

The access to ATM is closed after the office hours. I thought the machine was there to replace cashiers, but what’s the point of having it if you can’t access it. Let me put it straight, as a customer i can’t withdraw MY OWN CASH! How ridiculous is it?I called to complain about the denial of service and they told me to go see branch manager. When i went to see the branch manager, there was an announcement saying that the branch is closed.No cash after 6, no manager, this place is a joke!Luckily the homeless people taking drugs inside were covered in a different review, so i don’t need to delve into that subject as well.

Ill give it 5 stars just be be because Mossimo the teller was just so fantastic and happy, and helpful and optomitic and made me smile. Otherwise the bank hours suck. You can't even use the atm after hours which makes makes me want to switch banks.
