Love all their products! I just switched to using all of the Angelica Root facial line, and my skin has never been happier. It’s so lovely being able to buy products of this quality so close to home. I’d highly recommend.

Beautiful little shop and products, but sadly lacking in customer service.I placed on order online for a gift basket to ship to my mom for her birthday. I placed the order just over 3 weeks before her birthday, thinking this was ample time.After more than 10 business days and 2 real weeks passed (because on their website it stated orders could take up to 10 business days to process), I hadn’t heard anything from them. I emailed asking about the status of my order. They did not reply. 2 more days later, I called the shop. I was told thane of the items from the gift box wasn’t ready yet. I was told it would hopefully be ready soon, and that they would expedite the shipping. After this conversation, they called me back and offered to replace the missing item with a comparable product so that it could ship out sooner. That was great, and appreciated.Later that day I received the email saying my order had shipped, with standard, not expedited shipping. The expected delivery date is a full week after my mom’s birthday.Nootka and Sea really could have done much better here, both in terms of communication, and with handling the issue. I’m extremely disappointed.

Great locally owned shop filled with thoughtfully sourced and in-house made products and flowers. I have ordered flowers from them a few times and is always exceptional. Try some of their organic body lotions. Or pick up their linen napkin set. I have loved them all.P

Smells so good in here! Great selection of body products locally made with essential oils. Really high quality products. Excellent customer service. A good spot to buy a gift or just something for yourself.

Nootka and sea went above and beyond in preparing funeral flowers for a family member. The bouquets were the most beautiful ever made and the process so smooth. Thank you to Mikki and the amazing staff!

Just got my Nootka and Sea order in and it’s a beauty! The packing material is natural, the branding and packaging is adorable and actual glass containers for the butter cream and toner. It’s a gift so I have no reviews on the actual products but they look high quality. Thank you!

The owner of the shop is incredibly sweet and so easy to chat with! Really loved getting to know more about the products and the community they’ve built. Would highly recommend stopping in and grabbing a few products (the candles smell amazing!)

I love this store! Everything is so thoughtfully curated and displayed. The products smell beautiful; natural and yet very cozy. I wish I could live in this store, haha. Side note- their face cream is amazing.

Terrible online ordering experience. I've shopped here many times when visiting Squamish and love their products. However I do not recommend ordering online. It took over a month for my items to arrive from Squamish to Nanaimo and I did not get a single response to my several emails or FB messages inquiring about the status of my order. They have no phone number so I couldn't even call. In the same week I placed an order from another small Squamish based company (7mesh- check out their awesome products if you're a cyclist) and my order arrived within two days. Nootka and Sea, you've got great natural products but terrible service. You've lost my business.
