Yes, I bought a set of bluetooth head set, and has 40 hr. of listening and 45 hr.talk time,1625 hr. Standby time all for 1/4 of the Price of some Sony,Bose.

Never ever give your gadgets to repair , they will make it worst even. Such a fraud people. Took money to repair my laptop and gave my laptop in a worst condition. It was just a minor issue and instead of resolving it , they made it worst no point even talking about them seriously they broke my laptop and hey claim it is in the same condition when I bought it to them and now it is just on power they ruined my battery very very bad

Good honest owner, competitive prices, quick and reliable. I have got to them for all my electronics needs. Has always been straight up and honest about everything I've gone to him about. Usually does what he says he can and if he can't he won't charge you anything. Seems to always be busy at work on something or with a customer when I enter in his store. And now over the years have become one that he greats me by name when I come in. Even his employees know me by name when I call or come in. Good guy and a great store!

I had the best customer experience ever with the owner of this establishment. He was knowledgeable and his service was quick. He fixed both of our laptops in 1 day. I ended up buying a laptop for one of my students for there home use. Price was very reasonable. I was so impressed with his service that I gave out his business card to our staff and parents. I would recommend this business 1000 times over. Great experience!

I came to dr.tech and needed a new hard drive for a computer I paid $80 for and a cheap Alcatel phone I needed unlocked. Thought I was paying $140.00 with taxes, however, once I arrived the bill was $212.00. I'm on disability and only live off limited income and couldn't afford the bill so paid $170, this was embarrassing in front of other customers. They did allow me to take my devices with me but I owe them $42.00 still. I'm broke for the rest of the month now. Friendly service I just wish they gave me the total I owed before fixing the items. The items do work though and no problems so far.

This place is an absolute joke they are rip off artists I went in there yesterday and and the lady said oh yes just leave it here ill open it and look at the connections I came back and they said they don't know whats wrong with the cell phone that they opened it and didn't see anything charged me 35 bucks I talked them down to 25 then I went to a different place in langley strait away Guru they were amazing they opened the cell and said oh its this cable changed it and done so fast so moral of the story is Dr Tech most likely didn't even open the cell phone and ripped me off!!! Don't go there unless you want to through your money away!
