Melanie looked after all the paper work & everything was done in a very professional manner. My purchase was done through emails only because I am a resident of Toronto GTA. It was worthwhile for me to go all the way to Ottawa from here. Nolan is great guy & showed me all the features. Five star to both of them!

I have leased many cars in the past and have dealt with many of the various dealerships in Ottawa and both my wife and I agree that our dealings with Melanie M at Audi City Ottawa (and Natasha Vaux at the Montreal Rd location) were far and away one of the best car purchasing experience we have had. From the moment we called for an appointment for a test drive, to the negotiations, and finally, when we got to pick up and drive home in our new Audi, they were professional, courteous, and very responsive to all my various questions and concerns. I almost got an Audi 4 years ago for my last lease, but did NOT have the same experience at all - so very happy to have called on Melanie at the Landsdowne show room as she made us feel valued and welcome. Car buying has always seemed to be a very frustrating experience for us, and we both felt that this was such a change - which is why we ultimately made our decision. Keep up the great work Melanie and Natasha!

Apparently if you are doing a car lease transfer, it’s not a service Audi dealership provide. Instead, they are doing your favour by getting their job done. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with car dealership. During the whole process, the person we dealt with didn’t like to answer our phone call, no respond to emails, no acknowledgement or whatsoever. We were advised the paper work take up to 5-7 business day. At the 10th business day, We finally get notified that the document is ready. The person Booked an appointment at 9am, showed up 10 mins after with no paperwork, no preparation and no memory of what documents we’ve already emailed her. Then told us that the deal cannot be sealed until noon(because the wrong timing was booked on holiday). She then started to ask us about other documents which should be taken cared awhile before the closing day. It’s like when you go to bank on your house closing day, the banker tell you that they need lawyer’s notarized paper. This is ridiculously unprofessional. Shouldn’t all this being taken cared right before the transfer day??? We specifically asked in advance anything they need, please let us know. She didn’t, instead of asking/confirming the infor prior to the transfer day, she likes to assume we have the document that she’s looking for. Fortunate, there is another way out that we don’t need the document( I”ll give her credit if she fought for us but I doubt, i genuinely don’t think she knows what she was doing. ) anyway, we still didn’t get things done, we have to make another trip the next day. Told us will get thing at 10am, again, no update. After several phone call/voice message/email follow up, we finally get respond till almost 1pm(I actually think it’s not too bad for the time frame even tho she promised it’s 10am, we kinda expected this from her). can you imagine if we don’t follow up the deal? The deal may not be closed again.What makes us the most frustrated is she is not sorry for being late, booking wrong time and being unprofessional. She makes it sounds like she’s doing us a favor as lease transfer is not priority and she’s very busy with other sales ( even tho they didn’t prioritize us, we waited almost 3weeks). I understand she might not profit from doing this work, but a great salesperson would think about customer retention.At the end, she offered us 300 discount. We thank you for the offer but this does not waive the aweful experience I’ve been through in AUDI. our time is valuable too, we booked the time off and nothing gets done. When she mentioned 300 discount, she does not think this is the inconvenience she brought it to us , she said it again when she walked us out the door, she’s doing us a huge favor for giving the discount because of all these. I never made any complaint in public but this is what I’ve been through in Audi and I’d like stay in fact.So if you’re happy with her service I mean her favor, you’ll likely want to buy from Melanie M in the future.

This is what the car buying experience should be! We live in the neighborhood so the idea of buying a car within walking distance of your home feels strange but it's an amazing feeling.Our lease on the Q3 was coming due so we got started with the process ahead of time. We went back and forth for weeks trying to decide on all the options available to us but we did finally settle on a Q5 Progressive. Yannick was patient and kept in constant contact with us to deliver new options that could meet our budget.The best part was they listened to all the little things like how we were going to name this car Rapini so there was a fresh bunch of Rapini on the hood (see picture). Plus, a wonderful little gift of the picnic mat, which I'm sure they overheard me talk about.Oh, we're also very happy with our Q5.

Having purchased vehicles at multiple dealerships, I am extremely impressed by Alex and Melanie’s exceptional customer service at Audi City Ottawa. This boutique location at Lansdowne provides a laid-back and friendly environment where even dogs are welcome. Throughout the process, Alex, my product specialist, was quick to provide updates and information, including ways to save money on my new vehicle. He went above and beyond by taking time out of his day off to call me to discuss my questions. I also want to commend Melanie, the manager, for working her magic to provide my partner with an unmatchable deal when he purchased his vehicle. Both my partner and I are now loyal customers and won’t go anywhere else!
