Spirit of Math

Spirit of Math indeed left me an awful experience. The way they treat you will just make you feel you are stupid. Meanwhile, it seems that they are showing off there knowledge in an arrogant and rude way instead of real teaching. If you wanna bring more challenge in your life, why not trying spirit of math?

We are not going back next year, if you want a challenge try Kumon or IXL instead. I wish I could give zero stars, but Google is too kind. Don't waste your money.

Absolutely terrible. My son has shown me that the teachers here are extremely disrespectful to students who do not understand the math first try. The working method goes like this: First class of the unit, you learn about the maths so called basics" which is teaching grade 8s grade 11 math. Second class it gets twice as difficult. Not a single person understands the math. After that it's test time hooray! They expect you to understand? He scored a 75% which was the classes top for that test! Rethink your curriculum and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The picture attached is that of "easier level" homework for a grade 8 student. Oh AND it costs $50 dollars a lesson that is 1 hour 30 minutes."

The people in the vicinity are lucky to have one of the finest institution. Sending your child to this facility is the best gift you can give them.Extremely professional and best value for money, this will put your child in the right trajectory for future success rather than waste formative years.My best recommendation!

Most teachers are really impatient and rude. The way they teach is not professional at all. It wasn't worth a single dime. I wish I could give zero stars.

Spirit of Math was brilliant for me! The first day I walked in, the teacher told me to write the first 100 squares in one minute. I only got to 98. The teacher then looked at me, smacked me on the back of my head and gave me a concussion. After a 2 month recovery, I returned and felt enlightened. I did not stop at 100. I reached 200.Later that week, I went to the grocery store. I got to checkout as my cashier told me that my total was 11.78^2. I told him I only know integer squares. He smiled at me and asked... Spirit of Math? I smiled back and nodded. He told me, don’t worry, we can make the total 100^2 just for you.I may have lost $10000 that day, but I felt like I belonged. My spirit was truly in the math.

Their online teaching system and classes are of both poor quality and poor value, also not meeting professional standard.
