My fiancee (then girlfriend) and I went to Jewellery by Sanders to inquire about a custom made engagement ring after visiting many other jewellers. She had found what she wanted in terms of design, but the place we found it didn't have great reviews on quality. Sonja and her team were able to create exactly what she was looking for while working within our budget. The final result was a beautiful ring that my fiancee loves. Highly recommend Joe and Sonja to create custom quality pieces and to trust them to breathe new life into family jewelry. My partner and I met with Joe and Sonja to create my engagement ring, using a piece of my family jewelry in the ring. We also worked with them on our wedding bands. Sonja and Joe are so knowledgeable on the best construction and design, without sacrificing elegance and timelessness of their creation. We learned so much in the design experience, which helped us feel confident in the choices and investment we were making for our wedding and engagement jewelry. We did not feel pressured to rush through the experience, and received mock up images very quickly after the consultation for our review. They ended up creating a stunning engagement ring, using a stone that will now be worn by 4 generations of women in my family, and wedding bands that feel uniquely us.

My 2nd purchase from Jewellery by Saunders was an engagement ring this past month. The entire process was positive and pricing was reasonable. I enjoyed picking the gemstone and hashing out the design with Joe, as he was knowledgeable but not pushy. Overall, an excellent experience!

My husband and I came to see Joe and Sonja with the hopes that they could use all of our family jewelry that we have been holding onto for many years including our wedding rings to make a new wedding set for us. They were extremely helpful and made sure that the vision we had of what we wanted the final product to look like, was not only perfect but it exceeded our expectations. Absolutely the best place to go for any jewelry needs. We had a ring made for hubby with very detailed work, and precise wants. Picked it up today and it just blew us away. Joe is the greatest, worked closely with us and helped us achieve the greatest ring. Do not hesitate to visit them.

I want to start off by saying thank you Sonja, the ring is outstanding.I have been eyeing a very specific engagement ring for months.Sonja helped me customize it to make it it's own one of a kind. The next step was choosing the diamond, it was a great experience, she didnt rush me to choose, she took her time to explain all the differences each diamond has and explained the grading and colour. I wanted this ring to be perfect and with Sonjas help we made it perfect.I wish i had a newer phone camera to pick out more detail that this ring has, it's truly one of a kind and is just amazing.Thank you Sonja.

Everyone has been professional and knowledgeable, and the quality of the jewelry is amazing. Joe even fixed a different ring we had custom made elsewhere, and taught us the best ways to take care of the pieces. I highly recommend!

I have a very old broach from my grandmother, passed on to my mom, then to myself. I wanted it turned into a pendant necklace. This company has been there a long time so I felt they must know what they are doing. I was correct! The right size silver chain and clasp were used and the overall job is very professional and beautifully done. Thank you, you folks did an excellent job…I now wear the necklace every day and love how it looks!
