I called them to make my morning appointment for 22 march but they messed it up somehow as they did not made it for the timing at 10am which she told me but made it 4:30 pm instead. When I went that morning they said they can’t do anything about it as they are busy and told us to go. When I spoke to management as about what they can do about it , she said we can’t do anything. Driving back and forth especially when the gas prices are so high. I wanted her to give me discount as I would have to come again because to this miscommunication from their end. I have been their customer for a while but may be not anymore.

Gregory did my 3yr old sons haircut and did such an amazing job! It looks great and he was so professional and gentle that my son was extremely relaxed the whole time. After we left my son said “that guy was really nice”.

they were rude and didn’t listen when i said what i wanted and when i asked to get my roots touched up to match the rest of my hair and a few highlights. i ended up with grey hair and some brown stripes. i’m very unhappy and disappointed, i will not be returning.

Called them on the number listed on google maps and was at my appointment 20 minutes later. Jess, the stylist who cut my hair, was skilled, professional, gave me a great haircut with very little input from me. Never had a bad experience at Chatters any of the times I’ve been there. Highly recommended, ask for Jess if you aren’t as much of a talkative client, I appreciated the minimal chat since I needed coffee before I got there. Great place!

My only go for a fabulous new updated look and colour. Highlights and low lights blended perfectly with my natural hair grey's and all. Ask for Slajanna my favorite master stylist. Although there's only 1 Slajanna there are many stylists all there to give you your desired look.

The haircut today was absolutely terrible. We had an appointment with Chung P. I wanted to sit beside my kid to check and make sure the haircut is the way we like it, but then the woman cutting my kids hair told us to sit outside even though there were no customers yet. We did because we thought the cut would be good since we have been there before. By the time we left, nobody was happy and we were left with an atrocious looking cut. However the last time we came it was okay and we sat beside our kid. I understand we can't sit in the chair, even though there was no one there, but we can just stand behind her because all we wanted was for everyone and my kid to be happy with his haircut. Also at the end, the woman said Maybe next time just go to a better place" and yeah for sure we will not be back anymore. Terrible haircut and customer service

Zina is a a kind, thoughtful, and caring stylist. She listens and then confirms what you're looking for. I love my cut, and she styled my hair so beautifully! Definitely recommend Zina ⭐
