Chatime is a big step above Real Fruit, but definitely a step below CoCo, Kung Fu Tea and The Alley. Quality of boba drinks are just okay and not special. I don’t like how quickly the tapioca pearls get hard and flavours just really not there for me. Their fruit slush drinks are also not that great, and I just would come to the other places before here. Service is always nice though.

I love this Chatime sososososo much. The atmosphere is superb. The service is impeccable. Drinks are the best. I have tried Chatime from all over the GTA and deadass this one is the best no lie. I love Guelph Chatime.

We love this place. If you're looking for a recommendation, I say try the following:*Brown sugar pearls - Milk Tea*Anything Mango*Passion fruit*Taro - Milk TeaIt's located in a nice plaza.They have some seating.The stuff is always nice.It's always a treat to come here.If you're in the area, give them a try!

I like the drinks but I ordered for delivery on Dec,5th, 2022 at 3:14 pm thru the website and the people working there didn't give me a straw for my drink. Luckily, I had one at home but if I didn't then I would have wasted money as I wouldn't be able to have my drink. They need to make sure they provide a straw because I don't want to waste my time calling them or going back to the store for their mistake.

I've recently been obsessed w this flavour and i'm happy that i finally got to try chatime's version! i love the bright orange colour and how strong the fruity mangooooo flavour was.tapioca a lil hard for my lking cuz I'm so used to soft and gushy but I didn’t try it.tapioca from other bbt spots, so 1 suggest trying this drink station.diff topping & it's also the TOTM so hurry and get it before Februaryends if u wanna try this drink at a discounted price for free #wealthsimple hope uall have an awesome friday and got some good sales from black Friday sale I'm currently dying as i woke up before 6am to mop the floor cause I spilled my bubble tea in my sleep. Don’t try to sleep with your bubble tea.

Service is fast and friendly. My order is consistent and tasty. I’m reserving 1 of the 5 stars from my rating because of the packaging. In 2021, I’m wondering if there’s a way for the tea to be served in something that’s compostable? Maybe the straws don’t have to be plastic?Nonetheless, great vibe, tasty bubble tea.

Nice and bright place to hang out. Friendly server. Although a bit too sweet for me, I like my order of mango juice with tapioca and coconut. Just have to ask for less sugar next time. Looks like they also has many other interesting options to try

Ugh so mid. The juices are good. And that one promo where they gave so many free drinks. Would come again.
