Amazing building: very well built, and it shows in the construction and the maintenance. 2 minutes from the best of King West, tons of restaurants, bars, the best in the city. Great amenities with an amazing rooftop patio overlooking the Toronto skyline. Gorgeous. You can see it has been taken care of well by walking the hallways and the common areas. One of the best gyms in the condos around: well equipped, clean and functional. The residents are mostly young professionals that live downtown. Good community. Concierge is amazing, Chris in particular is very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great building.

Just a little review on the building when you walk in great atmosphere not to mention the concierge durning the day shift he’s One of the nicest people you will ever meet honestly been coming here for years nick is great I work at ups and never had a problem with him been around and trust me some other buildings aren’t so pleasant never fails to make me laugh and he deserves more then a 5 star review

Just reaching out to share my thoughts on the 560 front Street west front desk staff Nick. He is an incredibly kind and hardworking person that makes the building run smooth. Each interaction with him is never met without empathy, kindness and actionable results. I have lived in many building before, and I have never had the amount of trust and reliability that I have with Nick. He takes are of my family, our packages, and our wellbeing like its his own, we want to stay here as long as he is here.

Hidden gem. Boutique condo in a fantastic location, in proximity to parks, restaurants and entertainment. Excellent construction and build quality by Tridel. Clean and well run building.

Good construction, great location, amenities and rooftop view! There’s some construction next door during the day but other than that has been great experience so far.

The units are excellent, but the location is poor.

The electricity in the bathroom went out, and it never got fixed until the rest of our stay for two days. We had to take shower in darkness :( Also, the heating system did not work well in one of the bedrooms so the room was technically no different than outside.

Nick is the best concierge ever. He always has a smile on his face and creates a calm and happy environment. He is easy going and fair. He makes walking through the entrance a delight. Thanks Nick!
