Been going to this place for almost 20 years. I send ALL my friends here because today it's hard to find a mechanic you can trust. Very fair pricing as well. There were times I wanted to replace expensive parts but they were honest enough to tell me I don't need to do that and there was a cheaper way to fix the issue. Which mechanic today would ever tell you there was a cheaper way to fix a problem!? I can see why they are so busy! I wish I could give 6 stars.

Very professional and honest workers. Always take good care of the car. I have been going to them for years thanks to my dad who recommended them to me. They are very reasonable and always get the job done!

They do a thorough analysis of the problem ,repair it at a fair price and provide excellent service. Another hidden gem if your looking to purchase used tires. !

needed wheel balancing and came out of the shop with worth vibration then when i came in. had to go back and they found that their balancing was totally off.Asked them to weld a pin hole in the muffler. they botched it, could not fix it and still charged me. never seen such bad weld. will never go back.

Reasonable prices for auto repairs & good customer service. They specialize in Honda vehicles but service other makes & models. They sell tires but i haven't purchased any set or individual ones. If your needing some work, then have their staff repair your car or give you a second opinion.

The best repair shop out there. Always honest and truthful about work needed. Several times I've been told, to not go ahead with the work as it'll save me some money.

I recently purchased a set of tires from ABC Used Tires, that is a subsidiary of Norack Motors. After a long time, I had the best experience at a car garage. The shop was quick and easy. I have already recommended this place to my family.

My family and I have used Norack Motors for over 25 years now. I brought my old beatup Honda Civic to them for servicing when was 18, my Toyota Camry when I was 25, and I brought my BMW 545 to them for servicing when I was 30, and ten years after that, my Cadillac CTS.They''ve done quality work on ALL of the cars, and they clearly explain any details about trouble whenever I've asked. The prices have always been fair, and in the case of my BMW after the dealer warranty expired, Norack's prices were 1/5th of the dealer's quote, while the quality was the same, with a two-day turnaround while the dealer was going to take over a week.What I like about Ishmet (the owner) is that he has no time for BS - he gives you the goods straight up and charges a fair price for his labour. If you try to nickel-and-dime him or shop around, he will quite gladly show you the door.

Ishmet and the team at Norack Motors are amazing! They quoted just under the Collison Centers estimated price and pass additional savings when they can. They always provide high quality service extremely quickly and affordably. Ive recommended a others bring their cars here and they are always thankful for their service as well
