Dr chowdary had patiently answered all my questions. Excellent services, they have great selection of frames. Staff here were a great help in getting glasses with in my budget, and very good customer service.

I've never been completely satisfied with any shop's choice of frames or many opticians' level of care for the client. Optical Pluse is a jewel, and its optician Jas" a gentleman proud of his craft and so kind to his clients amazing customer service the staff is friendly and helpful!!!!! highy recommended!!!"

One of the best place to buy prescription glasses and sunglasses. The owner Jas is very honest and will give you great advise. Love this place and will recommend it to my friends as well as family members.Not to forget that the staff is also very courteous and don't push you to buy anything not required. Way to go!

Having issues barely 3 months after eye test and glasses made at this place. Power of glasses does not match prescription of their own doctor. After I started facing issues, I got the lenses checked elsewhere at two other places, and both confirmed the power of lenses does NOT match the prescription. Today I went to enquire regarding the same and was lied to my face. Moreover, the owner instead wants to test my 3-year old lenses. I will NOT be going back, nor recommend any of friends & colleagues.

Extremely helpful and professional owner/Optician Mr, Jas and all his staff. I am a regular customer since they opened and never have any disappointments todate. Also always get a good deal on prescription and sun glasses. Highly recommended...... guaranteed for a good service.

Initial phone conversation was very courteous. Had to wait half an hour even after booking an appointment. That was the only shabby part. Even so, deserve 5 stars for the excellent customer service. Very polite. Good sales people as well.

First time at this optical store. Initially missed the first appointment, but they very accommodating to fit me in that day. Lot of variety of frames to choose from. Hopefully ordered frames will be brand new as promised.
