Overseas Express Courier

Don't get carried away with the cheap rates , I sent documents [literally 2 papers] and paid 50$ for 5-6 business days of delivery service to India, the status of the documents showed Out For Delivery" For 1 week

I sent the package to my loved one few days ago, The whole process was easy and straight forward. A confirmation email was sent to me for confirming that the shipment had been received.Excellent, reliable and fast delivery.I am very happy with the service provided ,and will use them.

Reliable and cost effective service for Australia and India. I paid only $87 for my gift item to Australia, And for india it was $35

After sending the parcel to India with this courier the receiver is having the Hardest time picking it up! Do not send your items with this company because their main goal is to rip you off and trick you into paying more. Total weight was 7 kg and I was charged for 11 kg ( $88) because they said it was just the way it works. After going through all the stuff in the box and creating a declaration I got a call weeks after saying that the receiver will have to pay $200 in local currency in order to pick it up because the people from the Overseas Courier did not properly declare items and apparently $10 earrings are not allowed to be included in the parcel. Zero customer support or responsibility coming from the people who work there! Absolutely no professionalism during phone conversation and their explanation is that they don’t deal with it once it leaves Canada and the office in India has to be contacted. We have been using Overseas Express on a regular basis either domestic or international services for the last 8 years and have never experienced and problems with their service. They have always delivered on time. They have saved my business thousands of dollars. To address the negative feedbackers; packages can be lost when sending them internationaly or even domestically, its a risk that has to considered. Fed?? Courier Service have lost 2 of my high value packages being imported into Canada in 1 month. Once again hats off to Overseas for being a part of our business logistical solutions.

Reasons for 1 Star ( Wish could give 0)a) PACKET LOST - Important documents didn't reach the destination. However, they claim it to be delivered. Upon asking for proof of deliver, they replied We don't provide POD through this service" SO DO NOT SEND IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS AT ALLb) DELAYED STATUS UPDATES - No live tracking of the AWB i.e. 2-3 days delay in status updates starting from the origin till destination e.g. (For SO CALLED DELIVERED- even its not)c) FORCED CROSS SELLING OF STATIONARY - Despite you provide the packet nicely packed in standard envelope

Best Shipping Rates for India , China

Sent an envelope containing documents to Delhi. The package reached the destination even before the promised date. Only problem is that tracking details on the website are not updated in real time so not accurate. Even though package reached the destination, but still showing on website the expected date of arrival in delhi customs and no update thereafter.

They cannot tell us what courier they are using. This has happened 2 times with us. We specifically ask for DHL but they say we cannot tell u until package is shipped. But they charge us rates of DHL n after shipping too we cannot track the package. If u ask them they have no answer n they still don't know what courier it's gone thru. Both times they shipped with FedEx which takes longer then DHL and they charged us DHL rates. Will never use them again. Totally unprofessional and they don't know their work.
