We are pleased to write this review for Reece Falk. We have worked with Reece to buy 2 homes. Reece was recommended by a friend. We had previously worked with other realtors, but we didn't move forward and get the results we wanted.We contacted Reece in 2017 to start searching for a home. We were undecided if it would be a rental or our home to live in. Reece hustled for us every weekend until we found the house we ended up buying. We went out to Abbotsford for a few months on the weekends, every weekend. Reece was always there to meet us and guide us through the homes. We made a sound purchase that became our rental property.For our second purchase, we were certain that we would be purchasing a home for us to call home. Reece worked hard for us for 2 months in 2021 every weekend in Langley, North Delta and Richmond, contacting selling agents. He met us all but 2 showings. We found the perfect home for us and Reece was there every step of the way to guide us through the purchase process. He worked hard to find us what we wanted and we are so happy with the service we received. Reece is a strong communicator and is able to work with selling agents to get us in for showings. My husband and I have had the pleasure of knowing Reece for over eight years so when it came time to sell our apartment in 2016 and look at more space we reached out to Reece without hesitation. We were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, communication, knowledge of our preferred neighborhoods, and attention to detail, but what we really appreciated was his genuine interest in what was best for our future lifestyle and financial goals. By no means was he looking for a quick sale; he wanted us to find a place that we loved and would see ourselves in long-term.
