Employees are consistently rude and degrading.Irish lady working there hates her job and wants everyone else to feel her misery.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I don't get it why Canada Post use Shopper's employees to provide their customer service. The manager at this location could not care less about Canada Post business and customers. She said it to my face that she works for Shopper not Canada Post so... go figure. She doesn't understand how Customs form works (never used it and she doesn't care), she gets frustrated if something is missing (as everyone is supposed to know how they work) and everything takes a long time to be done. I'm not surprised that this location has a such bad ratings.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this post office - staff are always friendly, happy to help and I've had no issues.

What kind of Post Office doesn't have tape? Seriously? Tape! I was told that I couldn't use the address label I had because she had no way to stick it to the box. No tape, and none of those postal envelopes that stick on a package? There's no way! The lineup was long, so instead of arguing I just left, with my package. Never going back there again.

Slow as hell and super under staffed. Always a line and the workers are always moving as slowly as possible. Horrible location....

Well looks like I’m not the only one who has received poor customer service here. Attitude from the CSR and then no tape available for my package as they’re an “outlet”. Okayyyyyy. Canada post - stop being so cheap! Seriously that’s ridiculous. UPS/FedEx all offer tape and their customer service is impeccable. Step up your game before you go the way of the dinosaurs.

This location at 6951 Derry Rd has the worst customer service imaginable. I was there an hour ago and the lady was extremely rude. I prepare my packages at home (tape/seal) and bring them for shipping. She demanded I pay extra for tape to tape on my return label and did not provide a sleeve. I asked her if they are franchised locations because I have never been asked to do this at any other location and she confirmed they are franchised. Frustrated I left and went to the Milton Mall Shoppers location and had no issues at all. Who ever owns this location is cheap and does not value a good customer experience especially during a time like this. I recommend to everyone to not support a location such as this one because they obviously are not in the business of caring for your shipping needs so that they can make an extra few bucks.

Rude Karen's working here. I'm trying to drop off a return package in a rush , and this Irish worker tells me to wait like everyone else".And there's 5 people waiting.I went to the canada post 3 mins away

What a group of miserable people that work here. They are consistently the most rude and aggressive staff out of any Canada post I've been too, its almost hostile. The ONLY reason I end up at this location is due to the fact that all missed/signed for deliveries are sent to this store by default per my location.The ladies(Especially the African American one) that works here act like you are a walking COVID disease and yell at you where to stand and where to drop packages, even though they are BEHIND a glass screen.She gets upset and rude when you cannot understand what she is saying(I don't think she realizes she has a very low and horse voice).With all their COVID safety, they think its okay to handle your piece of ID by hand as if there is no risk in that. Place is the worse. Avoid as best as possible.

Customer service at this location is extremely poor. The lady working there is very unprofessional and doesn’t know what she is doing. She wouldn’t let me tape the address on my package saying that she doesn’t have any tape. I told her I’ll buy the tape she said no that doesn’t work. I went to another Canada post location and they did it for me without a problem. This is the second time she does this to me. Unprofessional lady. Don’t go to this location!!!
