Nice City Nails

I’ve been going to this salon for 20+ years. The staff has changed throughout the years, but the service has always remained the same. Michelle and her staff have always remained accommodating and courteous. I have had many manicures and pedicures and have never had a problem. As a matter a fact, they have always given me great advice on the latest colours and nail shapes. I have tried other places (only because they were gift cards) and have always returned to Nice City Nails! Totally recommend this place!

Staff is kind but quality is low, I don’t think cleanliness standards are high here, I wonder what they reuse, the nail file and pedicure kits are in open plastic bags, the towels on each station are covered w other peoples cuticles,And every single time I’ve come here the nail polish is super chunky and old,This spot if good because you can easily get a slot when you need your nails done last minute but honestly it’s worth it to book somewhere that provides higher quality products,I wonder how old some of those polishes are,But I do respect that the staff does their best with what they haveAlthough I’d gotten fake nails here a few times and they always turn out thick and chunky, not flattering at all,I got. A pedicure today and my foot looks like it needs a pedicure, no dead skin removed at all,A shame

I showed the nail tech the picture of what I wanred and she recreated it perfectly! The price was reasonable for dip powder, French tips with extension, and the intricate snowflake designs. Very fast and professional service. Definitely glad I chose this salon for my first manicure.

For such a good price they did an amazing job. Manicure and shellac for 35$ and while it looked neat and not bulky at all it lasted for 3 weeks without getting chipped.

My regular nail tech at the other salon went on vacation so I decided to try nice city nails while she is away. First set I did was ok the younger lady did decent job but the refill was some by someone else, it looks all bulky and they filed through my skin. Also nail file they used was very foul-smelling. Won't return

Went here for years, but the atmosphere has changed, and many nail techs that were good left. What happened?

I came here because my usual salon was booked up, and this was the only one in the area open during similar hours when I get off work. It was a mistake. Walking in I immediately saw that the cleanliness of the salon was not up to par. I was not satisfied with my pedicure, and had to ask the nail technician to go back a few times to clean up certain areas again, or to go back in with the nail polish because she had missed a spot. The colour is uneven ( I got bright yellow), and my feet still feel rough in some areas. That is the worst after paying for a pedicure. Finally, towards the end of my service, the nail tech was bleeding heavily on her hand (I guess she cut herself), and went to touch my feet without washing her hands or putting on gloves (I moved my feet away). I personally wouldn’t recommend this salon, but try it yourself and form your own opinion.

Love their service! So nice and genuinely care about their customers. Been here twice and both times I showed them a design and they want ahead and redid my color 2x without me asking since under the UV it came out slightly different and they wanted to do the right shade for me. Very impressed with their service and quality of work.

My mum and I have been going here for manicures, pedicures, waxing...you name it for a long number of years and have never been disappointed with the service. Everyone is so respectful and do everything they can to ensure you are satisfied. I've witnessed some nasty impolite people come into this shop and start arguments for absolutely no reason and its so frustrating to witness. Especially when they come on here and twist the narrative to victimize themselves. There's a lot of miserable people out there unfortunately who have nothing better to do but take advantage of small business workers.Fantastic service by Nice City Nails! Very highly recommend.
