On 2 separate occasions I have seen women customers spoken to with zero respect. Decent micro brew selection. Maybe go to esso if you are a female though.

Rude and they are always more expensive than the stations on the other side of the street.. it’s like they want to do poorly..

Incredibly bad customer service from management and employees. When you try and complain about something they talk and yell over you, they don't even understand what you are saying because they so aggressively pounce. The boss the other day yelled at me and allowed his young cashier to do the same....ive never seen customer service like this in my life! Go to esso across the street if you want to be treated properly.

I go there everyday, very nice spot, great staff, always there to help.

Yesterday, Cashier Taki said there was an owner present that i could talk to about their poor selection of beer, so i did. The owner explained it's not there fault.. covid etc....I said ok, then went on to to give them professional advice regarding their irrigation system over-watering and killing their new plantation. They took this as a complaint when it was advice. Both owner and Taki started yelling at me. Taki said you said you wanted to complain about beer, but you just want to complain about everything! The owner allowed the cashier to yell at me this way. I tried to explain this wasn't a complaint, it was advice but they wouldn't hear it over their yelling. I admit I used a few curse words while leaving. I overwhelming feel if a man had been in my place, he would have never been treated this way. I'd like to add that this is my local store, I WAS there several times a day. Also, there are maybe two good cashiers there. The rest barely speak, let alone speak english, have non-existent customer service skills, the parking will be empty except the employee's car parked in the handicap spot, you go in on a Saturday afternoon and no one is there even after waiting at the cash for 5min. This store is a mess. Now they yell at regular customers and again I suspect misogyny among some of the staff and management. What a great representation of shell this is. I wont go there anymore even though it's a 1 minute walk from my place.

BEWARE! Went there for a car wash, and it was a very big scam/disappointment. I paid 17.24$ for the EXTA clean which no joke was 2 minutes. My boyfriend paid for the service at the cash at 18:38, and at 18:41 we were already out on the boulevard. It did 4 steps in 1 minute, and then spent another minute on drying. I use drive through clean all the time, and it has never been this short and bad even close. What a waste of money.

If you need to be insulted quickly and profoundly, go there - for anything: the manager will insult you, no purchase required. Even his helper gets his share along the way. Truly phenomenal. (And a real shock after what we've been used to with the previous operator.)

To me this shell is a decent station here is my review and why.The Positives,1) It’s locations is good.2) They have the prices clearly marked.3) It has a car wash4) A conscience store included5) It’s well maintained.Other than that it needs to improve on the prices like they should have all prices near the street like in Europe and adaptable to climate change and be zero carbon and pollution.It’s a decent Gas station for me and this shell needs to be better.
