Highway robbery. No sense of customer service. If you want to re-evaluate your IELTS test, they charge you $50 of administration fee even if your score changes! It is against IELTS policy. Avoid this center and all their locations. British Council should be ashamed of itself for letting this scammers run their tests.

I have been trying to get my recent ielts test re-evaluated, I have sent emails and I have called them multiple times but I don’t get any response at all. This is very important for me and you guys just don’t have a point of contact. Very poor service I must say. And I am still waiting for a reply on my email to you guys.

Very poor service!I booked an IELTS test and paid the full fees. It has been more than 3 weeks now they still haven't confirmed my test and neither offering a refund.I am totally stuck!!

I had the pathetic experience for giving my ielts exam. I registered and my exam got cancelled . however it's been 2 months I have still not received my refund for cancelled exam. I mailed them and called them so many times but no response from their end.

STAY AWAY from all Xyna IELTS centres!!Although the receptionist was very nice and helpful, overall I had a bad experience. My score was significantly lower than my previous IELTS exam. After I asked for a remark, it changed to a higher score (after British Council's review), but I lost a $50 administration fee, which is ridiculous! Many IELTS centers do not charge any administration fees or refund them if your score changes. Also, it's impossible to reach them by phone, which was really frustrating. I had a better experience in another centre, and I don't recommend this centre all all.

Booked an exam, first they changed the date then they changed the location. When we realised we couldn't make the new location on the new date they asked for an $80 admin fee to change to a new date as a favour to us. Despicable and unethical behaviour, please avoid.

Decent exam venue, staffs are nice. Don't forget to upload your ID when registering otherwise you will have to wait for them to call you and pay $80 to transfer to another day. No one picked up phones but email response was at acceptable speed.

When I got there, they informed me that my test was canceled and I showed them my status on the portal which shows I have a test at 4:40pm on 21/10/2021. I showed them my emails where I haven't received anything. I travelled around 45kms for this test and was very disappointed by their service didn’t conduct your test there they just need your money and after that they won’t care.

The place is calm and has parking area. The staff and friendly and helpful. But the computers that i took my IELTS test on did not have anti glare screens. They also cleaned the screen with something that was not meant for screens. My eyes were tired in the first 20 minutes and I couldn't focus afterwards. I would book another venue to be more comfortable next time.

Worst place to appear for IELTS exam. I did my exam on December 10, 2021. The heating system was down and we 6 people have to sit in freezing cold for exam. I received an email from test center apologizing for the situation and that they would compensate us by express shipping our result cards.This is totally unfair. IELTS test has following sections in order, listening, reading, writing and speaking.For me, my score dropped gradually as 8.5, 7.5, 7 and 7 respectively (my speaking was immediately after writing).I noticed that everyone was shivering during exam and everyone had difficulty in typing.Shipping the result cards by express post does not justify the exam condition and performance. As IELTS is not only knowledge test, it is also test day experience.I would not recommend this test center to anyone who wants to get good bands.
