Just had a great experience with Marcus at Lake City Automotive. We were towed in today from our campground at Green Lake. We had no appointment, stuck here from out of town with our 3 small kids. He diagnosed a high pressure oil leak on our 6.0L powerstroke, had all necessary parts in stock and stayed after hours to complete the repair. Very knowledgeable and very professional. Absolutely very honest, thorough and excellent service. I took my car to Markus for a consultation before going on a long drive. He did not charge me any money even after taking my car for a test drive. I will absolutely be going here for all of my future car-maintenance needs. I would highly recommend this business.

Lake City Automotive was recommended to me for getting my ATV rear axle fixed. Im nervous unloading and loading the machine, Markus had no problem helping me unload and load the machine, and never made me feel silly about not being comfortable doing so. He contacted me with my options and disused with me what he recommends and what i actually need. I am happy with the service I received and the work done :)

Great mechanic, very honest I never felt like I was getting a run around or trying to take advantage of me.The shop fit me in during a busy time (for witch I'm very grateful) got my truck back to me the same day!If you need a mechanic in Williams lake I highly recommend lake city automotive.

I am totally appreciative of Marcus. He stayed late to help my wife and I when we had truck trouble. Amazingly had all the right parts on the shelf available. He was very hospitable and friendly. Even to an outsider! :) Truely a blessing to have someone available when times are tough after hours, and willingly! Go see for yourself!

We initially met Markus when he worked at a Ford dealership and were always extremely happy with his work. When he left Ford and decided to open his own shop, we followed him. Every vehicle that we have is serviced by him and we will never change our mechanic again.
