Hôtel Le Château de pierre

Good location, nice rooms, really easy entrance and stuff. Definitely recommend when staying in Quebec to stay near the touristy stuff.

Charming accommodations. Felt like we were house guests with our own bedroom and bath. Old world charm and personality. Loved it!

My fiancée and I stayed here on our trip home from St. John’s Newfoundland. We came in the middle of the Quebec City festival, and despite the city being absolutely alive, the Chateau de Pierre was quiet and comfortable. The hotel is located just steps from the Chateau Frontenac in a great location. Just a few minutes from the downtown of the old city. The room, although fairly small, was clean and efficient. We had a very romantic trip together and enjoyed every second of our stay here. We would highly recommend this hotel to other travellers!

Charming hotel in a great location next to the Citadelle for those looking for a quiet neighborhood, yet easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Be aware, however, that this walk involves hills and/or steps on the return back to the hotel after a busy day exploring Old Town. This was not an issue for us, but it might be useful information for anyone who might have mobility limitations. It also may not be a quiet location during le Festival d'été de Québec.The hotel is in an old building but has all the modern updates in the rooms; however, there is no elevator. There is no staff on site but they are just a phone call or text away. We had no trouble with getting questions answered or requests fulfilled within a short amount of time via text. Every single interaction we had with staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Both the main entrance and rooms are accessed via a code, which we found to be very convenient and secure. The basement kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc, as well as tables for those guests who prefer to eat in, and there is a nice patio/garden in the back of the building. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

The hotel is in the heart of Quebec City and was beautiful. It was exactly the experience we wanted when visiting Quebec City. We wanted to stay in an old stone building that is reminiscent of the oldest city in Canada. We stayed in the Family Room on the lower level. It was quiet and conveniently located across from the kitchen. We can't say enough about the breakfast at La Buche. The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to immerse themselves in the true Quebec City experience!

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 3 nights. The check-in was hassle free. The room was very clean. Daily cleaning service was provided. There's a full service kitchen in the basement.We had the room with the balcony, which overlooks the majestic Frontenac as well the river. The location of the hotel is also very good, not in the middle of the bustling area, but just a 2 min walk away.Overall, a highly recommended experience

The Chateau de Pierre was a great choice for our trip to Quebec City. The room was clean and well appointed and the location was amazing. The hotel is contactless which I was initially worried about, but they are in touch continuously and are only a phone call away. It's within walking distance to so many things including Le Chateau Frontenac, the Citadel, shopping, and many restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

I loved staying here! I went to Quebec for my birthday. The position is right next to the chateau Frontenac and easily accessible to all vieux Quebec where there are multiple shops and restaurants :)The room and the place in general was very clean, organized and beautiful. If you go by car there is a paying parking nearby because in that area is of course harder to park :)The owners were always checking if we needed something so it was helpful for anything we were not sure about.
