Medicine Place Walk-in Clinic, Optical, X-Ray & Ultrasound

All of the doctors here have been so wonderful to my family! As well as the doctors, Mohammed and his team in the pharmacy have been beyond helpful - my schedule can be very hectic, so last minute med pick ups and refills happen far too often, but Mohammed is amazing. He has gone above and beyond with every interaction, and always does it with a smile. I couldn’t ask for a better pharmacist!

My tech was Tabi. I would give a an A++++, she made me feel so comfortable. As a 72 yr old grandma, pelvic text is not very comfortable for me. However, I came out smiling. Thank you Tabi.

Friday lunch time.Came to the walk in clinic and 2 people in waiting room.Was told no more walk in for the day. Closed to walk in patients.Told the Dr went home for the day already.

There are so many great things about this medicine place. The staff are super friendly and as accommodating as possible.My husband had shingles, I was sure of it. He went in tomget checked out and sure enough I was right. It didn't stop there .... it had been some time since my husband had bloodwork and a physical done and sure enough the Dr. had him checked out. Very, very thorough!We also needed a pediatrician referral and ironically enough one was just starting at this location. We got the referral and an application within a month. The Pediatrician was very kind and thorough. I'm considering changing pediatricians for my other kids to her.We've also used their Optical department. Very kind staff on that side too!

They accept health care cards from the Northwest territories (I'm a resident and most places don't accept them!)I went in for an ear infection a while ago.The wait time was really short compared to other places, about an hour or 2 tops.The staff were nice and helpful.

Was able to do walk in for xrays and was seen within 10 mins. The staff were friendly and polite.

This is most chaotic place ever. Reception needs to learn to schedule and follow up. Doctors are fine but getting hold of them or follow up will make you hate your life. they will lose your papers , wont email back or call back.

Had bloodtest and ultrasound done. They didnt call me back until 2 weeks after they were done and now ive been trying to call them for an additional 2 weeks to discuss the results and they place me on hold and never pick up the phone again. Never coming back here again.

Went to this clinic as a walk in, the front staff and Dr.Alghbli were great ! They were super friendly and efficient.
