We had an issue with Ice Build up in our bottom mount freezer. It was so bad that we could no longer open the drawer. I called JS Repair on Friday and they sent Jason on Sunday morning.He arrived on Schedule and diagnosed the issue. Jason corrected the problem and when he left , everything was cleaned up...Price was reasonable. We will definitely use JS for all our future appliance repairs and highly recommend them.

My husband and I were thrilled to find JS Repair service yesterday! Shawn went above and beyond expectations with providing help with our dishwasher problems. He quickly assessed the problem over the telephone, made 3 suggestions as to how to troubleshoot before spending money on a service call and lo and behold, his suggestions were spot on! We highly recommend JS repair for any appliance issues. It is so difficult to find good old fashioned quality service these days and JS repair has it in spades!

I have now used JS Repair Inc. for repairs on my both my washer and dryer. Great communication through the entire process! From how quickly we received a response from logging a request for service on the website, to how quickly we had a tech out - the speed of service has been incredible. Jason is very thorough, and doesn't shy away from explaining what the problem is. He is thorough and his work speaks for itself! Thanks again for all your help!!

This was such an easy process from my initial phone call to the service visit. Jason is knowledgeable, diagnosed my dryer issue and was able to do the repair same day. My only regret is not calling them as soon as the dryer went a few months back. I spent $$ more at the laundromat than the cost of the repair.

Shaun immediately responded to my request and arranged for Jason to come by. Jason was just great. He evaluated our problem with the fridge water filter, did a bit of research and then came back in and immediately resolved the issue. Very happy and would highly recommend.
