This office has a lack of ability to schedule properly. Terrible receptionist. If you have an appointment expect to wait 2 hours. Literally. Pathetic.

Dr Bassel is a very nice doctor . He spends time with his patient telling and explaining to them about the medical issue. His staff are very very friendly .you book an appointment and cancel bc you have something else came up . No . Seeing Dr. Bassel could be saving your life.

I called to canceal/ rescheduled my appointment, but the front desk staff, was so rude and wouldn't let me ask question about rescheduling time and she wouldn't explain when the doc is available; so the staff just hang up the phone on me. Going to a different doctor now.

They gave me an appointment for six months later which was fine. On my appointment day, I went to the office and waited with another five patients. I noticed that they have given everyone appointment for 9:30 am. I left the office after 60 min waiting. I will never go back and do not recommend this physician.

On the day of the appointment, they decided to change the appointment from “in person” to “by phone”. The behavior of the receptionist is very rude. Worst experience in Windsor!

Dr. made an unprofessional and inappropriate comment upon seeing me naked. The procedure was very painful and I still experience pain 6 months later. I called 3 months after my surgery for a followup and was told I missed my appointment that I was unaware of. Rude receptionist rescheduled me for a month later and never called me for the phone appointment. Now I am going to a medical lab for sperm count testing 8 months later to determine if my surgery was successful. All in all I would suggest anyone who is referred to this practise by their family doctor to refuse them as care providers.

Who books 25 appointments per hour? 2 hour plus wait. There is literally 5 people standing in the hall just waiting to get a seat in the waiting room. Is the only reason for this to earn more money? If you’re not into long waits choose a new doctor even if you have to drive to another city you’ll still be faster.

I had a hospital appointment for a test but had to cancel due to my wife going into ICU then she passed away. The receptionist on the phone told me that since I didn't give 2 weeks notice I would be charged for cancellation.

Waiting time is too long, 2 hours waiting to have a less than 2 minutes talk with doctor. Why is it so hard to make appointment more efficient!?
