River Grove Campground and Cabins

This place has been so lovely! It's in a fantastic location with all attractions and necessities close by.

Nice campground. Big cottonwood trees. Vintage arcade is a hit. Site's are on the small side. But nice and shaded. Campground store no longer open to walk in. Window service only. Not sure why. Good place to camp while in Drumheller to take in the area activities.

The only time I've been inclined to write a review (even though its very late haha)My sister and I camped here in May for our birthday. A nice balance of cool and hot weather. There was maybe 3 other people camping so the owner let us switch campsites to one with power, no charge! The washrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen! The arcade was a nice little afternoon activity. You can't go into the store on site though. It would have been nice to peruse but I understand why. Close enough to town that you can walk places. I appreciate that there was a washing station.Recommended this campsite to friends and they loved it here too

Great convenient spot right downtown drunheller....clean huge lots....bathrooms are clean and very well set up...has laundry....arcade...playground....store..very friendly and helpful staff

Stayed here for a couple nights. We stayed in a full service site with a 35ft trailer. We had plenty of room for the trailer, slide and awning. Not a campground with a lot of privacy but wasn't an issue at all. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. In addition to the standard bathrooms, showers, laundry, there was also an old school arcade with 10ish games. Surprisingly many of them still priced at 25c. My kids enjoyed the retro experience. My kids were a little old for the playground.The grounds are walking distance to the main attractions in town, big dinosaur, spray park, down town, which is the main reason we picked this place.We would very likely stay here again if there's a site to accommodate our trailer, the whole experience was very positive

Convenient location. Cute place. Only thing that we didn't overly like is the lack of privacy from one site to the next.

River Grove campground! Amazing location and service at this campground. Right in the town of Drumheller. Very close to lots of attractions within the town.Campsites are pretty close, but there is lots of tree shelter. There is showers, laundromat, and playgrounds. As well as an arcade to visit. Lots of detailed information on the campground on their website, as well as pictures!Personally stayed in one of the cabins on site. Cabin had lots of amenities for being a campground. Pricing was about equal to similar hotel rooms, however has the camping charm to it. Rooms could use a renovation as the owners see fit, definitely a bit dated and rough around the edges. Especially on the furnishings within the room.Overall, had a good experience here. Would stay again at the cabins or at a trailer/tenting site.

Great camping experience, and it's family-friendly. There's a few cabins to rent, lots of rv spots, and for tenting as well. My spot for van camping wasn't the best, one side as covered by trees the rest open.

So perfect! All the amenities, super friendly people and can't beat the quiet but central location.

if you are not a bug person i would not recommend. also wish cabins were cleaned more throughly, but it sure does feel like camping!
