Good selection of beer but terrible staff, a few front counter staff members are always rude I can't wait till we can buy beer elsewhere

They're not honoring the sale prices and my beer cost more than normal, I could only pay cash. Pretty sure these guys are pocketing the money.

The staff, incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I even got there one day minutes before closing. I thought the hours were until 9, but only until 8. Not a problem. Then, the clerk asked if he could help me find a product. My mind drew a blank and my phone was in the car, with the product of choice I wanted. I knew, however, it started with a B" and he knew right away... it's a hard seltzer! Showed me immediately and the transaction was complete quickly! Incredible service all the way! Thank you"

Nice beer store. Good selection of craft beer. Not as busy as some other locations nearby.

Customer service provided by the skinny guy with red hair working there is awful and unacceptable. He not only lacks customer service skills, but he is discriminatory as well. Management should take action, since a retail store that relies on customer service is not a place for discriminatory practices. Unfortunately, I only gave one star because that was the lowest I could give. My recommendation would be to go to another Beer Store where the staff is actually helpful and respects the customers. All the 4-5 star reviews I presume are fake.

Was there earlier today, one older employee had his mask on his jaw, left the nose and mouth uncovered, if you guys couldn’t follow the public health instructions why would you ask other people coming in with a mask on ?whats the point of wearing a mask there tho?

This is our local beer store. Clean and friendly staff. It's a 4 because it is close.

I only gave one star because that was the lowest I could give. They deserve no stars. The staff is unpleasant and makes the consumer feel uncomfortable when in there. I wanted to buy beer however, when I went in and asked the guy at the front counter a question he gave me attitude. I ignored it and still proceeded to get something. The attitude he gave me when purchasing the beer made me just want to leave and spend my money in another establishment that treats consumers with respect while making them feel welcome. I will be complaining to head office about this treatment. It is unacceptable and no one deserves to be treated like this. This is the worse experience I have ever had in all my 40 years on this earth. I will never spend my hard earned money in this location again.
