Do not recommend. No care for pets. Horrible owners bad attitude. Thank goodness they moved away to sketchy area.

Janet has been amazing with our two kitty cats even when we have called for their services last minute due to an overseas funeral. The kitties enjoy seeing her and Janet sends us photos which makes us more comfortable. They are our kids!

I took my golden doodle for a groom to Creature Comforts after one of my neighbors had raved about them. Their new location is in quite a sketchy area, which one can overlook but the service was really bad. Our dog who is super friendly, had razor burns and cuts on his behind and by his shoulder blade. He was super anxious and traumatized when I picked him up. When I asked the groomer what happened, she at first denied that it was them and claimed that it was from before and then tried to deflect by saying he drools a lot. Anyone with pets would know that if the pet is anxious, they would drool. After some back and forth, she finally offered a free nail trim and groom, which I respectfully declined.Would not recommend this place for grooming whatsoever!

TRASHY!!! Heard they moved thank dog good riddance for the neighbourhood!! Trashy place that lost my dog!!!! Does not take care of dogs, they had the audacity to say I didn’t leave my dog there?!?!?!?!

Great friendly service. My 85 pound Goldendoodle Cooper looked awesome. Creature Comforts was very attentive and even followed up after service. Cooper had a great time playing with the other dogs. We will definitely be back.

Creatures Comfort groomers are great. Nancy does an awesome cut on Kippy as well as Heidi & Cathy. Kippy always looks cute after his bath & cuts. Thank youJoan

I'm so happy that we found Nancy. My dog does not enjoy being groomed, and the experience quite often causes anxiety for him .Her experience makes it much easier to drop him off; she is very professional and provides great, friendly service. My snowy looked awesome. Creature Comforts was very attentive and even followed up after service. Snowy had a great time playing with the other dogs. We will definitely be back! I would recommend Creature Comforts.

PLEASE do NOT trust these people with your pets!!!!!!!the staff members here do not see your pets as anything but a source of income.after leaving a bulldog for a groom, the staff negligently left door(s) OPEN to take out the trash (they didn’t even know how many/which doors were open) and allowed the bulldog to RUN AWAY.they DIDN’T EVEN NOTICE HE WAS GONE!!! until the owners came to pick him up. even then they lacked the common sense & sympathy to help LOOK FOR THE DOGhow do you lose a bulldog and not even notice? owning a grooming salon is a lot of work if you can’t properly train your staff to follow protocol and allow for disgusting malpractice then do everyone a favour and don’t operateonce again if you have even a crumb of love for your pets, PLEASE do NOT take them here unless you want to find them somewhere down the street being taken by a stranger panting in the heat in extreme distress, or worse; not even finding them at all.
