Chevron - Gas Station

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I told the cashier I just got my periods and need to use the restroom because nothing else is open and my home is 2 hours away, she just refused with no empathy and kept saying it’s policy. I wish she had some HUMANITY to understand that it was an exceptional situation. My boyfriend pleaded her to think through and understand the situation. I have worked at gas station and I certainly know Cashiers at their own discretion can open the store under reasonable circumstances. The lady working on 21st Jan,2022 midnight should not be working there, she was rude, ignorant and a shame to customer service.

This gas station is on the way from home to my work so it is preferable for me to fill gas & some stuffs.It is located on the busiest intersection of Scott road.Prices of gas is okay but inside store food & other things are costly compare to grocery stores but it’s usual like in all other gas stations. Basic essential things can be available here.Journey card is a good program from chevron to get discount on fuel or some gift on achieving points.Overall I like this gas station for routine.

Got the mid level car wash. It did the pre rinse. A second pre rinse. Then rinsed and that was it. My car looks just as dirty as before I started. Absolutely not worth it. Will never go back. And I will tell anyone I know not to go to this location.

Definitely needs a payment system upgrade. The self serve option on the pumps don't work properly. The tap doesn't work either.No way to just tap or enter the loyalty card. Just a hassleous way of filling up gas. I won't come here unless it's an emergency.Pros is that there's a TD ATM and cafe.

Well, i didn't expect much from a gas station. I chose to use pump 7 as it was convenient for me. However, the receipt printer is down and the lock on the handle doesn't work. Now you can hold the nozzle handle in the cold winter wind. Very appealing.

I know it’s probably hard to fill gas station attendant jobs… but some of the staff that work here are void of basic common sense. I bought a car wash, then realized the car wash was closed… and they wouldn’t refund me. So they allowed me to buy a car wash even though it was closed, refused to refund, and couldn’t understand why that was a problem… wasn’t apologetic whatsoever. Looking back I’ve seen the same issue mentioned on previous reviews, so management is clearly not doing anything to address this.

Bought a $13.99 at the pump, and turns out the car wash was out of service. No signs whatsoever around the pump. I've asked for a refund for the car wash, but the attendant refuses to give a refund for car wash and told me the code is still good so come back next day, just to get a car wash.

I went in to buy a car wash on March 20 around 730 pm. I asked about the different car wash options and the assistant seemed helpful and I made my purchase and got back into my car. I drove up to the car wash at which time the very same assistant ran out to tell me the car wash is broken and I have to back up. Apparently it just happened and she didn’t have a chance to put a cone up.I backed up and went inside to get a refund. She refused to give me a refund saying the car wash is valid for three months so I can come back another time!! I told her I wanted a car wash now not in 3 months. She could have told me that the car wash was broken before selling it to me. She claimed it happened in the few moments after she sold it and before I pulled up to the car wash (an obvious lie). She still refused a refund when I pointed out to her that she is obviously lying and it is awful customer service. I tried going to another chevron car wash but the code did not work there. I asked the associate there and he said you are entitled to a refund if the car wash is not working.My advice: Don’t go to this chevron, at least this assistant is trying to scam you for what I assume is a commission for selling the car wash. Pathetic.

Very outdated gas station. Seems like the ownership may be content with how things are running and not necessarily hearing out all of the negative reviews left.Based on all the reviews and my personal experience, I can't see myself going back. If I do, it'll only be to access the TD ATM and that is it.

It’s been 3rd time I ask to use washroom, the lady says it’s broken. I think it’s been a month or so when I visit last time how come for whole month it’s broken, or they just don’t wanna clean it or so that’s why they don’t let anyone go in. I ask the owners to check if it’s actually not working or their employees letting customers run away and not use this location.
