Four months ago, I bought a Volkswagen Passat from the Nissan dealership in King George. In Surrey.Initially, everything was fine, but the problem started when I had my first breakdown shortly after purchasing it. I had to pay for the tow truck out of my own pocket, and when I went to submit the receipt for reimbursement, they told me that they wouldn't pay the full amount, claiming it was too much. They said they would only reimburse me $70, although I don't remember the exact amount. Not satisfied with that, I should mention that I also bought an extended warranty Global Warranty, which cost me around $2,500. Throughout the whole ordeal, I felt like just another customer, and when the problems with the car started, they began to say that since it was a used car cost yo$10,000 on it, they wouldn't invest much more money into it. I told them that I was still a customer and deserved better treatment.Eventually, I moved another city and lost the car's sales documents. So, I called the dealership to see if they could provide me with the policy number. For an entire week, I called them every day, but the receptionist always gave me the same message, saying not to worry what is your name and phone number they call you back , on Friday, when I called to ask if I could speak with the finance department, the receptionist told me the same thing again, that they would call me back. They were stalling and making it seem as if it wasn't important. I told them that I had been calling every day throughout the week and that I thought their service was terrible. Then, they hung up on me. I honestly feel terrible because this dealership has very poor after-sales service. This has nothing to do with Nissan itself but with the people running the dealership. Moreover, my wife and I always felt misunderstood, and in the end, I was left extremely dissatisfied. I would advise people not to buy used cars from this dealership because I believe they are quite poor and quite rude, including the receptionist.

Great service and help in purchasing my 2023 Midnight Black Rogue. Hassle free deal. Though I knew exactly what I wanted, my Sales Rep Karan was very transparent with all the details and paid attention to what I wanted. He got me a great deal. I would recommend him to all my friends.1

They forgot to cancel my insurance when I returned my lease. I tried to cancel it myself but since it was lease, i wasn’t able to. Finally got them to cancel after 2 months of back and forth. I was paying insurance without the car for 2 months due to this mistake. I have asked if this can be returned twice but got ignored (as i was assured everything including insurance and plates were done at the time of the lease return).Btw experience with sales was great , 5 stars.

the team of Jackson & Neil at KG Nissan are amazing. top level staff. Buying my new car was 100% stress free. i highly recommend dealing with KG nissan because of these two employees. To add to my review, the service staff including Fred and Brent have been helping me for years with all my previous nissan rides and are always very efficient and friendly. thank you for all you guys have done. I wont forget your all star team!

I've taken my vehicle here a couple of times for service but this last time was honestly a bit disappointing.The power liftgate on my Nissan Rogue is not working so I paid a one-hour diagnostic charge to get a repair estimate. The estimate to fix it was quite high ($1500) so I opted to go to the auto wreckers and replace the part on my own (tailgate latch for $100).Honestly, I don't mind paying a diagnostic fee to tell me what's wrong, but their diagnosis was incorrect. I tried two different tailgate latches at the auto wreckers and the result was the same.When I called the service department at KG Nissan to speak about this, the only solution they could offer up was to book me in for another hour (at my cost, of course lol). I declined, of course, because I've lost confidence in their ability to tell me what's wrong. So in the end, I basically paid almost $200 for a car wash.What irks me isn't the wrong diagnosis, but the lack of willingness to make it right.Edit: it took hours of troubleshooting but I finally did find the problem. Turns out that the dealer diagnosis was incorrect as I suspected. The problem was corrosion in the connector that plugs into the tailgate latch (D512). Even though the dealer got it wrong, I'm certain that there's zero chance of me getting a refund. I got a friend to read the code and followed the Nissan factory service manual troubleshooting.

Karan is an absolute gem of a sales rep. He communicated very clearly and patiently with me throughout the whole process of purchasing my Nissan Rogue. Overall, my experience at King George Nissan was pleasant. I would certainly recommend checking them out.

Service and Sales at this dealership are generally excellent! However, I did have a disappointing experience. When my truck was new there was an issue with the axle seals; replaced under warranty. But now, 30,000 km later, the seals are failing again, and neither Nissan nor the dealership seems to acknowledge this as a design or manufacturing issue! I've never had axle seals fail before at all! let alone on a new vehicle and then the repairs failing so soon. I'm disappointed! AND I'm facing $1,000 in repairs to replace the rear seals!

Came here to avail the hood latch recall Nissan had offered. The staff at King George Nissan were very helpful, friendly and professional. From the receptionist who greeted me with a smile, to Brent who took my car for service, everyone was great! I was made aware of the options I have, the pricing, as well as the possible discounts they could offer me. They were also willing to go out of their way to offer me a ride back home or a rental car if I preferred. They even washed the car for free. I would love to come back for further servicing needs and maybe even consider buying my next car directly from them in the future.
