I frequent your store when in Alexandria but usually shop in Cornwall. Friendly and efficient staff! Lower food prices PLEASE!

Food is over priced. No lactose free milk or creamers. No big things of Soy coffee creamer and they charge like $5 almost for a small one. Their veggies are wrinkly. Staff at self check out stare you down which makes shopping here uncomfortable

I love the employees, but I find the prices on certain things exorbitant.I would love to eat steak or a roast of beef, but I can't afford it,as well as certain produce. It's hard to eat healthily .

Love going to this establishment. However, the last few times, shelves have been empty. Prices a little to high.The cashiers are simply amazing!Friendly and helpful. Rare today to see cashier interact with their clients and not dicussing the weekend with the cashier next to them.

Great service and selection but the prices keep me away.

Store sign said 1l Neilson chocolate milk for .99 max of 4 per customer, instead of 3.49. Cashier didn't know about special, said to go to customer service. At customer service they said I had to download App, another man before me had same issue. I informed them the sign didn't mention that anywhere. They called price checker lady, straight away she was argumentative and said it happened multiple times and understands but I would have to take my complaint to head office, she couldn't do anything hands are tied. Sure! I had to ask multiple times to get a manager and then the store front manager said the same thing, no give, no understanding , no customer service. Eventhough they should give it free, I was willing to pay .99. Another employee brought a different sign where it was hand written on sign in another part of store, stating you have to download App, almost as see your wrong, then I got the sign that was on the fridge door, where it said nothing about membership or app. By the time I returned 6 employees were behind the counter. Btw I remained calm respectful the entire times, but getting frustrated by their lack of understanding, havinv to debate a simple issue, still no change in their stance. They have lost my business! Their error and no accountability, no proper solutions, especially in a time when prices are sky high and customers are looking for sales, I almost feel the sign was left on purpose in hopes some people would not nottice or buy anyways. I asked them if it had happened multiple tines why was the sign still there. And if head office doesn't Work allow them to be able to resolve problem why didn't sign come from head office, instead of homemade by the back office printer? No logical response! They did not respect law, where if they miss priced signI should have gotten milk for free. Terrible way of handling a simple situation .

If I could put a half star I would, I asked about a product and it took about 10 minutes for them to find a person. After all that to have really rude service.

I Went through cash 5 yesterday late afternoon. Two boys were working the cash. One scanning, one bagging. Neither of them spoke. I mean, they spoke to each other but didn't even acknowledge my presence. No hello"

Do not get your big water bottles here. When you go to get your deposit back, they try and rob you. I used to dump 3~400$ a week at this place. Never again. Don't try and steal from anyone. I'll burn the extra gas and go elsewhere. What happened to costemer service.What the point of a deposit ?Horrendous service.
