A 2 star review rather than only one for the few employees who really did a good job for us and that we thank. We have been customer for over 10 years, but the service has worsen to a level that is difficult to imagine from a service provider. The lack of response is simply completely rude on top of being unprofessional. We hired this company to have a solid partner for clearing customs properly. The poor communication lately has led to hundreds of dollars of unnecessary expenses. Now a major mistake that occurred twice in the past (and finally corrected by Livingston) happens once more! And we are not even getting a proper response in a timely manner!!! This company has become way to big and is not capable of providing a proper service anymore.
