Ross and his team are excellent. Our experience was positive from first meeting at a trade show to completion of the install and flipping the switch to start feeding power to our farm and excess to the grid. The support through the application process to be a micro generator as well as after install support has been timely and thorough. Our system has been in place for almost 10 months with positive results. Solar is the right thing to do, making a big step in reducing our carbon footprint and preserving our world for the next generation. Empower did a great job for us. We were new to whole home solar and Ross explained the overall process very well. He included in his assessment a dollars and cents review of what kind of energy we could expect to produce and what kind of savings$ we could expect over the lifetime of our system. The install went great. The daily monitoring we’re able to do has changed the way we use energy in our home. The apps that are available provide real time energy consumption and energy generation data, so we can track our use and alter our habits to become more energy efficient. Our energy provider rewards us for energy produced and any excess energy is fed back into the grid, which provides offsets to our energy bills. I highly recommend working with Ross and his team at Empower!
