Dr Lo did my tonsillectomy just a day ago. She did a fantastic job, made me feel comfortable the whole time and made sure everything was in the post op. Couldn't recommend her more.

Don't waste your time with this doctor. She tells you the diagnosis before you even get the time to explain your problem. She is very abrupt and talks so fast to get you out of her office so she can bill the next patient. The only reason I gave a one star is so I can write this review.

Dr.Lo was an amazing.. reading tge reviews kinda made me nervous but she was a lovely Dr. She listened to me and we talked about what was going on and she explained it to me so I could understand. Would definitely recommend!!

Wait times are great, but that's because she takes less than 5 minutes to talk to and examine you. I took my son there and got no answers. She offered me tests (if I felt like it) and surgery (if I felt like it) for my son, but gave no ideas or opinions on a diagnosis nor did she seem to care about additional testing to determine his issue. I'll be looking for a new doctor.

Did not do a thorough exam and the 6 potential problems of my sinus blockage. Just concentrated on the first of 6 potential problems said I didnt have it and wooshed me out the door. I got home and googled the other 5 problems that can cause this issue. Poor Doctor and I am not surprised other patients had the exact same experience. She is a first class scammer of OHIP and should be removed. Filing a complaint with the College. I encourage other patients to do so.

I had the opportunity of needing the services of Dr. Lo I found the staff to very polite and efficient. Dr. Lo dealt with my issue in a very professional and courteous manner. Time was not an issue as she explained the plan of attack and various outcomes expected. Any questions I had were dealt with in a clear and understanding manner. Many thanks for your assistance.

Dr. Lo is an awesome doctor. She made me feel very comfortable and understood the pain I was in. She even took time to meet me at the hospital a few days after surgery when I was having some issues. She prescribed antibiotics that I needed and scheduled 2 follow up appointments with me. She really cared and I had total trust in her. Other than my confusion on what my vaccination status had anything to do with my child's appt(receptionist questions)We had a Great experience with Dr Lo and the woman assisting her!I was nervous due to all these hateful comments. But like some others who took the time to leave a review, we had no issues at all. She is efficient and knowledgeable and was very helpful. Would recommend.

Her office admin (Amber) is very pleasant. Office was clean and very little wait time for my appointment. Dr Lo knew right away what was wrong with me and booked surgery on my first appointment. Wait for the surgery is very reasonable, so thankful I didn't have to deal with a long wait for the my problem to be fixed once and for all. She is a classy lady who knows what she is doing. So happy my family physician referred her!

This is what Doctor Lo's office waiting room looks like .... at about $1000/hr, Shirley you would think there would be a little bit better furniture in her office???? Waited more than half an hour, out in less than 5 minutes.
